Iam hemanth, i have done a transaction on parimatch website which is sucesssful through phonepe.
But parimatch payment history shows failed.

I got a confirmation from my IDFC bank that the amount has been successfully credited to receivers account.

Iam Hemanth, on 11 May 2023 21:35pm i have done a transaction on parimatch website to deposit 30, 000 INR and the receivers name was "Overseas trading company" the transaction was successful through phonepe but in parimatch account its failed.

Withdrawal amount didn't receive in bank account

Website: Parimatch.in

I withdraw 15000 INR on 23/03/2023 but after 1 month passed didn't get that ammount. Now parimatch support team told me that they already sent my money but I show them my bank account statement from 1 month there is not any single transaction of 15000 rupees. PARIMATCH support team also sent me 2 different different transaction I'd for one single transaction....

Deposit not credited to my account

I made a deposit of 30k Still not credited to my account. Whenever we asking customer care they are saying our experts are working on it.12 days completed from the date of deposit. If that deposit system is continuously giving the trouble then why are you using that for deposit. I want my money back ....

I am trying to withdraw my winnings but its not giving withdrawal options, if I am trying to withdraw from bitcoin or astropay it says these withdrawal option not available...

Withdrawal amount not credited

Parimatch account no[protected] I withdrew total of 3101rs but never recieved any.
Whenever I have a chat with them they reply with copy paste answer they states something like (we know you are fustrated )
The same reply I am getting from chat and mail since last 10days they are literally fooling me now I think so they have generated fake promises that I will get my money soon but that soon never came until now...

Issue regarding the deposit

Hi Team,

I have initiated a transaction of Rs 50, 000 on 18th Feb through IMPS. The amount got debited from my account but it was unsuccessful at their end. I contacted their team via Telegram app and they told to wait for 14 working days and I will receive the amount back in my account. Till date, I haven't received the amount. The bank has confirmed that the amount was successfully credited to their account. When I am contacting...

      After selecting the outcome and clicking "Confirm", the bet disappeared from the coupon and the money was written off. It was not found in the betting history, and the funds were not returned.

      Refreshed the page, the bet did not appear. Checked the balance - there was a write-off. Waited about an hour, and the bet was still displayed in the history with the note "processing". Later it was calculated as a win, and the money was returned to the account.

          In the video roulette from Evolution, the picture lagged behind the bets by 3-4 seconds, which is why the bet did not go through.

            After authorization from the phone, when going to the live casino, the site simply rebooted and logged out of the account.
