Deposit of 600 and 500 inr

Parimatch is repeatedly doing deposit scam.they didn't credited my two deposits of 500 and 600 rs.

Please note they have done previously same fraud also and i got refund through casinoguru.

They are not licensed...

30000 stuck since 5 month

I deposited 30000 on 11th oct 2024 at 1.49 AM by mistake I did a NEFT transaction
I have provided all possible proofs / screenshots / Bank Statements everything -- still the issue was not resolved
They asked me to get it in writing from my bank i.e. ICICI Bank -- I got that email as well still not resolved
I went to your Bank i.e. Bank of India got the screenshot of your bank statement where the money is clearly reflecting...

After several games, the balance on my Parimatch casino account began to be displayed incorrectly - the amounts seem random and do not correspond to the actual amount of funds.

I contacted support and they checked my transaction history. It turned out that the amount was displayed incorrectly due to a glitch. After refreshing the page, the balance was correct.

    The main page of Parimatch casino advertises promotions that have long since ended. I spent time to participate, and then found out that the promotion was no longer valid

      When switching between different slots on the Parimatch website, the system often gives an error, and you have to completely reload the site to continue playing

      I reported the problem to technical support, they suggested updating the browser and clearing the cache. After these steps, switching between slots began to work correctly.

        I activated bonus funds on the slot, but after restarting the game they disappeared, and I was unable to continue playing with bonus money

            I contacted support and found out that the withdrawal cancellation was due to additional verification of my account. After providing the necessary documents, the withdrawal was successfully processed and the money was credited to my account.

              When trying to register at Parimatch casino, the site constantly gives an error at the last stage, and I was never able to complete the registration.

                I have participated in promotions on Parimatch several times, but the bonus system seems unclear and opaque. Bonuses do not always arrive, and there is no explanation as to why.

                    After reloading the page in one of the Parimatch slots, my balance was reset to zero, and all the money that was in the account disappeared without a trace.

                          I wrote to support with a question about the delay in payment. It turned out that my bank requires more time to process the transaction. They explained this to me, and in 48 hours the money was in my account. Now I understand that the speed of payments also depends on the bank.

                              Sometimes during live betting the site just freezes and bets are not accepted. This causes great frustration, especially if you miss a profitable moment.
