Parimatch India — Additional verification not complete since 5 days passed

ticket id = 72691761

in starting everything was fine but in last time my withdrawal is blocked and i received a email regarding my additional verification and they asked selfie with id card, address proof or bank statement i provide all the documents to their email and they create a ticket and ticket still in progress and yesterday my account is fully verified in account verification page shown my id card, bank statement and all other documents has been verified successfully but my withdrawal option still not unblock and customer service tell everytime that we are working on your ticket experts are working but i not received any solution yet. This is my humble request to you parimatch please verify my account so i use your platform.
