I contacted support, they checked the problem and confirmed a failure in the auto-bid system. They returned the funds that were mistakenly written off to my balance and apologized for the technical problem.

      I contacted support, they checked the problem and confirmed a technical failure on the server. The video was soon restored, and I was offered compensation for the inconvenience. They apologized for the delay and promised to improve the stability of the streams.

        I received a free bet of 250 rupees, but when I tried to use it in a live bet, the system said: "Not available for this event."

        I contacted support, they checked the freebet conditions and confirmed that there was an error in its activation. They reactivated the freebet for me and I was able to use it without any problems. They apologized for the glitch and promised to improve the bonus activation process.

          When trying to play a poker tournament, I got an error: "Insufficient rights", although the tournament was public.

          I contacted support, they checked the tournament settings and found an error in access. After fixing it, they allowed me to participate, and also apologized for the misunderstanding and promised to improve the functionality for future tournaments.
