I have made a withdrawal request of 50000 INR on 29th August 2025 but and now it has passed over 30 days but I still haven’t received my winnings in my bank account.
I have taken multiple followup everyday from customer chat support and emails but no one cared to resolve it yet.
The ticket was also raised through parimatch website 4 weeks ago but no started working on it.
This is so disappointing .

Deposit of RS-1999.64 is not reflecting in my account from 23 days

I would like to inform you that I have deposited an amount of Rs-1999.64 on 28/08/2025 to my parimatch account[protected].

But the amount is still not reflected in my parimatch account. In this regard I have already communicated with your customer care support and raise a ticket accordingly but the matter is still pending.

Deposit not credited & withdrawal not received

I am writing to raise a serious complaint against Parimatch India regarding both my deposit and withdrawal issues.
1. On 8th Sept 2025, I deposited ₹2, 000 via Google Pay (UPI Transaction ID:[protected], Google Transaction ID: CICAgOiArYuXPO) to Pasi Shivshankar. The amount was deducted from my bank account but not credited to my Parimatch account.

Deposit of 12000 is unsuccessful and withdraw of 19000 is also not credited to my account

It's been 15 days i had deposited 12000 on 31.08.2025 through upi transaction is successful but deposit is failed ticket raised regarding this issue but no solution till now.

I had withdrawn 19000 on 30.08.2025 thought bank transfer till now i have not received amount but in parimatch app it's showing sucessful.
