Account not verified from last 5 days

My account is not verified from last 5 days. I submitted all the required documents but still the account is under verification. I also cannot place bets and withdraw my money. I have 19000 rupees struck in my parimatch account. I emailed and message parimatch contact center but they are giving me same reply from last 5 days that there department is still working on the issue.

Refund of 36,000 Pending for 29 Days Deficiency of Service

I deposited ₹36, 000 with Parimatch on [20th Sept 2205]. For the past 29 days, my refund request has been delayed with the same repeated response: “payment system side, experts are working.” No refund, no UTR, and no clear explanation has been provided.
This is a clear case of deficiency of service, negligence, and breach of trust. As a customer, I cannot be made to suffer due to Parimatch’s internal issues...

Deposited but not credited after multiple comolain

I have deposited 20k on 7 oct 2025 and it was succesful at the moment.. but they have not credited it in my account till now..

First they told me that money will arrive then told transctikn js unsuccessful..

Then asked for bank statement.. I have sent them still they are not crediting to my account...

Deposit of 20000 INR 26th sep 2025

I have made a deposit of 20000 INR on 26th Sep 2025 @11:47 PM India time but the amount has not credited back in account or either the transaction is not declined its been more than one week I have contacted customer support they have raised a ticket and blocked my access to customer support chat option as they have raised a ticket so I need the resolution as soon as possible as the time already passed and just in dilemma will i get amount...

Im complaining about my withdrawal of 50000 INR which was made a month ago.

I have made a withdrawal request of 50000 INR on 29th August 2025 but and now it has passed over 30 days but I still haven’t received my winnings in my bank account.
I have taken multiple followup everyday from customer chat support and emails but no one cared to resolve it yet.
The ticket was also raised through parimatch website 4 weeks ago but no started working on it.

Deposit not credited & withdrawal not received

I am writing to raise a serious complaint against Parimatch India regarding both my deposit and withdrawal issues.

Deposit of 12000 is unsuccessful and withdraw of 19000 is also not credited to my account

It's been 15 days i had deposited 12000 on 31.08.2025 through upi transaction is successful but deposit is failed ticket raised regarding this issue but no solution till now.
