[Resolved]  Parimatch India — After losing, they didnt return a penny the bonus froze.

I tried to activate the bonus “10% cashback on slots”, but after losing, they didn’t return a penny – the bonus “froze”.

I wrote to support, they checked my account and confirmed a technical failure in activating cashback. They returned 10% of the lost amount to my balance and apologized for the problem, promising to fix the bonus offers.
