- **Customer Support:** I have contacted their customer support team multiple times. Each time, I was told to wait. Despite their assurances, the promised timelines for resolving the issue have already been exceeded.
This delay and lack of resolution are unacceptable and have caused significant distress. I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of this situation by Pari Match and their failure to provide a timely and satisfactory resolution.
**Desired Resolution:**

- A thorough investigation into this matter and assurance that such issues will not recur.
