[Resolved]  Parimatch India — Deposit amount not credited

I made a deposit of 12, 000 INR via UPI QR but it has neither been credited nor refunded. I sent them my banking statement and all relevant documents, yet I have not received the amount. I emailed Parimatch multiple times, and they kept giving me deadlines, but all of them have passed. Kindly help me recover my money.
