Parimatch India — deposit issue past 14 days. 15000inr is not reflecting on parimatch wallet neither refunded on bank account

I made deposit of 15000INR on 30th Aug and logged ticket: #33435749 in Parimatch. Everyday i am following up via E-mail and Chat, Providing Bank Statement each and Every day. There Agents are giving random responses like it will resolve within 24 hours or resolve soon, Experts are working etc etc but even after 14 days, nothing is happening. Chat agent quite the conversation whenever they want without any reasonable updates.
