[Resolved]  Parimatch India — Deposit Issues via Mobile App

I use Parimatch both on my computer and in the mobile app. When I want to top up my deposit through the app, I don't receive an SMS from the bank with the confirmation code. I have to go to the Parimatch website to add funds to my balance. This is a bit inconvenient.

After I reported the problem to Parimatch's technical support, they asked me to describe the situation in more detail and promised to fix it in the next version of the app. Less than a week later, a new version was released, and now SMS messages are coming through normally. It's nice to see that the developers are improving the app. As an apology for the inconvenience, they also credited my account with 500 rupees.
