Parimatch India — Deposit not credited

On 20th july I made the deposit of amount 3000 INR money was successfully debited from my account but in parimatch its status was showing as declined. After talking with customer care they asked me to share payment screenshot with time and bank statement. I had already shared the bank statement with them from 20th july to 31 july . I also mailed them and asked them everyday regarding my status but everytime they have only one answer that our billing department is contacting payment provider and we can’t tell you how much time it will take. I am fed up with them as I am waiting for my own money from last 1 month and now I cannot wait more.
