I've noticed that some functions on the Parimatch website can work unsteadily. Sometimes buttons don't respond the first time or there is a delay when performing certain actions. This is a bit annoying, especially when you want to place a bet quickly.

    From time to time I encounter malfunctions in the betting system at Parimatch. This can manifest itself in the fact that the bet is not placed the first time or the system does not display the current betting information. I would like such failures to be minimized so as not to affect the smoothness of the betting process.

      Terms and Conditions

      I think that the information about the terms and conditions on Parimatch is sometimes too confusing. I often find myself in a situation where I have to spend a lot of time searching and understanding specific rules and exceptions. It would be helpful if the information was presented in a clearer and more structured way....

      I tried using Parimatch, but I was not satisfied with the quality of their mobile app. It often freezes and runs slowly, which prevents me from placing bets comfortably. I expected better performance from such a popular platform.

      Cleared the cache, Parimatch app data and uninstalled a couple of unnecessary apps on my device to get rid of possible accumulated issues and improve performance. There were no more problems with the app performance.

        I won a large amount of money on Parimatch and decided to withdraw it from my account. However, when trying to withdraw the funds, I encountered a long delay and difficulties in the verification process of my account.

          I had problems with depositing to my Parimatch account. I tried to deposit using my bank card, but the system kept rejecting my transaction. I contacted the support team, but they couldn't help me and advised me to use another deposit method.

          I used alternative payment systems, which were already available on Parimatch, to try to replenish my account. It worked, plus the commission is lower.

            When I submitted a request via their online chat, only received an automated message that my request had been received. I waited several days for a response but never received any response. This is unacceptable for a company that claims to have a high level of customer service

              I have repeatedly encountered problems when placing bets on Parimatch. The odds they offer often change while placing a bet and it is very annoying. There have been several cases when I tried to place a bet at a certain odds but ended up with a different value.

              Support said that if you bet when the game is already in progress, the odds change every second. Depending on how the game is going. In general, this is logical and correct.

                When I went to their website, I expected to see a wide range of different sports, but instead a very limited selection was offered. It seems to me that a bookmaker should provide more betting options to satisfy different interests of customers.

                  I tried to register with Parimatch, but ran into huge problems. First I failed to create an account because the registration form didn't accept my email address. Then, when I was finally able to register, I had problems confirming my account. This became a real headache and I spent a lot of time trying to solve this problem.

                    I send them questions and concerns to their email, but the responses come too slowly and some questions go unanswered altogether. All this makes me wait and nervous, which is very inconvenient when you want to quickly resolve your questions and continue playing.

                      I did a withdrawal of INR 200000 on 15th July but not yet received in my account.
                      In my betting ID it is showing that withdrawal is successful.
                      Please help me to get my amount.

                      I would be very thankful for this.
                      It is a matter of life and death for me as I have to pay it to someone.

                        I had done a withdrawal of INR 200000 from Parimatch-in.com on 15th july 2023 which they are showing successful.
                        But it has been 10 days and I have not received the amount yet. I have shared my bank statement with them too.
                        I wrote mail, had chat with them, but they are saying only one thing that have patience, you will get your amount soon.

                        Please help me to get my money back.

                                Parimatch is not providing withdrawals after bet wins.In their app it shows that withdrawal is successfully processed but even after10 days withdrawals are not credited in account.. they don't even reply back regarding the withdrawal in their support mails... totally Fraud company...i had my 2 withdrawals of Rs 8400 and Rs 54700
                                .

                                None of the withdrawals got credited in my account... please do something to get it credited if it's a genuine company...

                                  To be honest, it pisses me off quite a bit at Parimatch that information about current bonuses and promotions is not always available. I just crave to be up to date with all their new offers and get the most out of every promotion. It would be just great if they would make all this information clearer for all players.

                                    It's just a nightmare having to contact chat support at parimatch. Every time I need help urgently, they just ignore me or reply after years. It's so annoying when no one is appreciative.

                                      I honestly found the Parimatch India interface quite confusing, especially for those who are new to sports betting. I got a bit lost trying to find the right type of bet and place my bet on their website.
