Parimatch India — Deposit not credited of 2 Lakh

Hello,

I had deposited 2 Lakh on 30 July 2023, it's August 2 now they have still not credited in my account.

Worst support team now a days. No reply on emails.

I Suggest don't do IMPS to these guys, because they have worst third part payment gateway.

Previous I had lost 2.5 Lakh which was deposited on 19th July 2023.

How I lost?
I made the imps, got the reference no as soon I tried to enter the reference no it says utr no is already in use for both the payments.

After contacting parimatch team they said this amount is credited in someone else's account which I come to know after 10 days. I had ask them to give account details of the person, they said contact bank. How the bank will give me the Parimatch account holder no common sense.

So moral of the story is there is a person who is sitting at third party payments comes and utr no is robbed.

So you guys can think in after making payment in 20 seconds utrn no is used in another account.
