I had some serious problems with their website. The pages were loading very slowly, and as a result I lost a good opportunity to make a profitable bet on soccer.

Used a different browser to access the site. Tried different options to see if the problems only occur in a certain browser. The different browser helped me get around some of the problems with the site loading.

    I expected more from the service. The last time I placed a bet, the site was slowing down and almost not working. I had to spend a lot of time to place a simple bet.

    Used the mobile app instead of the web version. The app has a more optimized interface and is more stable. The mobile app helped me to avoid problems with brakes and malfunctions that occurred on the web version. I also tried accessing the site via VPN and the lags were much less.

      Sometimes it can be difficult to find suitable event broadcasts, especially for less popular sporting events. It would be nice if more match previews and easier filtering were provided.

        I often see restrictions on the maximum amount of bets, which are insufficient for experienced players who want to make larger bets. Personally, I do not like it.

        I had to adapt my betting strategy, taking into account the limits on the maximum amount of bets. Instead of one big bet, I made several bets on one event or spread my bets over different events. The betting strategy allowed me to work within the maximum amount limits. But still not very pleasant.

          Signed up for the newsletter and notifications to keep up to date with all new promotions and bonus offers. Followed regular updates and information about special promotions so that I don't miss out on more exciting bonus opportunities. Subscribing to the newsletter helped me to keep up to date with all new promotions and get information about special offers for regular users. As it turned out the bonuses were quite good and I just missed them.

            Already several times I have faced the fact that Parimatch limits the size of my bets. This is a bit frustrating, especially when I want to bet on some interesting event, and the restrictions do not allow me to bet in the desired amount.

            I was advised to set up two-step authentication. Seems to have helped. In any case, the amount that I wanted to set before, now passes without problems.

              The security system at Parimatch is quite strict, and this is good to some extent. However, I had to face moments when additional documents were required to confirm the identity. This takes too much time to confirm the account.

              It didn't take that long, though. I immediately threw all the documents, a couple of days for confirmation and that was it. There were few events during that time, so I didn't lose much.

                I don't really like that Parimatch regularly applies restrictions to my account. I understand that they try to prevent fraud, but often blocking happens for no apparent reason. I often withdraw large sums of money, and my bets are big, yes I win more than I lose, but is it fraud?

                Improved the security of my Parimatch account by setting up two-factor authentication and using a complex password. Protecting my account from unauthorized access and increase trust from Parimatch. Improving the security of my account influenced Parimatch's decision to lift the restrictions.

                    Parimatch sometimes applies restrictions and account lockouts that seem unreasonable. While I understand that this may be due to security measures, some restrictions may cause inconvenience and trouble for users.

                    I studied the rules and security policy in more detail to understand what actions or behavior can lead to blocking or restricting the account and found nothing. I wrote to support, they agreed that the blocking was not justified and unbanned my account.

                      Recently ran into a problem at Parimatch when I accidentally placed an incorrect bet without understanding certain aspects of the rules. Unfortunately, it was impossible to cancel the bet and I had to lose my money. It would be useful if the system would provide an opportunity to correct mistakes before the end of the event.

                      I contacted Parimatch technical support to find out if there is a possibility to cancel the wrongly placed bet and correct the error. I gave them detailed information about what happened and explained my situation. Technical support explained that once a bet is placed, they cannot provide an opportunity to cancel or change it. Now I will just be more careful the next time I place a bet.

                        Recently, there are often incomprehensible errors when placing bets on Parimatch. Sometimes after you click 'place a bet' nothing happens and you have to do it all over again. Very inconvenient, especially when there is very little time left.

                        I decided to update the Parimatch app to the latest version to make sure I was using the most current and stable version of the program. Result: betting errors have decreased and there were no more problems with placing bets again.

                          Bonuses on Parimatch are offered, but sometimes their activation turns out to be a convoluted task. I faced a situation when the bonus activation did not happen automatically and I had to contact the support team, they have not responded yet.

                            I understand that Parimatch has rules and restrictions, but sometimes blocking accounts doesn't seem quite objective. I and several of my friends had cases when accounts were restricted for no obvious reason

                              The Parimatch app regularly fails when most needed. I have repeatedly encountered the fact that it simply crashes at the most crucial moment. I would like the developers to pay more attention to the stability of the application.

                                  Payouts on Parimatch can be delayed, which is a bit embarrassing. I can't say that it happens all the time, but I personally face this situation. I hope they will improve the process and make the payouts more prompt.

                                    Frequent technical glitches on the Parimatch website are already starting to worry. It has happened more than once when you want to place a bet before an important match and the site just won't open. This is very annoying, and I hope that they will finally solve this problem

                                    Every time the Parimatch website refused to open before an important match, I solved the problem by using an alternative browser. For example, if I had problems with Google Chrome, I tried opening the site in Mozilla Firefox or Safari. This usually helped me to access the site and place my bet.

                                      After multiple attempts to refill with different payment methods, my attempts still gave errors. The payment systems did not work properly and the question arises Why! I hope that the problem will be fixed so that in the future it will be possible to comfortably use your services - Parimatch.

                                        I can't place bets because there are difficulties with funding my Parimatch account in India. Some of the offered payment methods on the service don't work and others were blocked by my bank or something like that.

                                        First, I made sure that all the data I entered when depositing was correct. A couple of times even a small mistake led to a failed transaction. Everything seemed to be correct. Then I contacted Parimatch support. They responsively helped me to understand the problem, but the result was the same. I wrote to the bank, they said that the ways I used were blocked on their side. Everything seemed to be fixed and I was able to replenish my account.
