Parimatch India — Deposit not credited to account nor refund given

Deposited Rs2000 via Gpay on Parimatch on 18th June 2024, my account got debited but payment shown as failed on their website.After contacting their customer support and providing all payment details .I was promised to receive the refund in my account within 24hrs .However it has been a week but yet to get the refund or a credit in my Parimatch account.
Customer care is absolutely useless as they keep replying that it is taking time, please bear with us .Have also provided my bank statement to them
No time frame provided, no resolution provided, only scamming customers and blocking their money.
