I am writing to raise a serious complaint against Parimatch India regarding both my deposit and withdrawal issues.
1. On 8th Sept 2025, I deposited ₹2, 000 via Google Pay (UPI Transaction ID:[protected], Google Transaction ID: CICAgOiArYuXPO) to Pasi Shivshankar. The amount was deducted from my bank account but not credited to my Parimatch account.
2. On 10th Sept 2025, I deposited another ₹2, 000 via Google Pay (UPI Transaction ID:[protected], Google Transaction ID: CICAglIu79WwAQ) to Omprakash Mehta. This amount was also deducted but not reflected in my Parimatch wallet.
3. On 11th Sept 2025, I placed a withdrawal request of ₹15, 000 (Transaction ID:[protected], Order ID:[protected]. The withdrawal status shows “Success” on Parimatch, but the money has not been credited to my bank account even after several days.
I have already contacted Parimatch support multiple times, and they asked me to provide bank statements. Despite sharing proof, the issue remains unresolved.
This has caused me financial stress and inconvenience. I kindly request ConsumerComplaints.in to take necessary action and help me recover my money.
Total amount stuck: ₹19, 000 (₹4, 000 deposits + ₹15, 000 withdrawal).
I am attaching supporting proofs (transaction screenshots, chats with support, and withdrawal details).
