Parimatch India — Deposit not reflecting in my ac but money is debited

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding a recent transaction. More than 20 hours have passed, and while the money has been debited from my bank account, it has not yet been reflected in my wallet. This has unfortunately caused me to miss opportunities.

I have continuously chatted with your support bot and created tickets, but have not received any resolution. I urge you to do the necessary to refund my money as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will be forced to take this matter to consumer court.
