Parimatch India — Deposit not reflecting in my parimatch account

I made 2 deposits on 2 consecutive days. On 13/11/2025 I deposit Rs 5000 via upi for mobile method. I successfully sent it on given qr and submitted utr number. It didn't reflected in my account. I asked support team, they asked me to wait for 5 hours. Then I continuously contacted support team till next day (14/11/2025). After 24 hours in my deposit history, that transaction of 5000 Rs showed as declined. Then I contacted support team, they told me it will return in my account within next 3 working days.

Then on 14/11/2025 itself, after knowing that my 5000 Rs deposit will get refund in my account, I decided to deposit Rs 500. And then same thing is happening with me right now. Amount not showing in my parimatch account.
