Parimatch India — Deposit not showing

I had made deposit of Rs 45000 in my parimatch account Id on 26 July 2025 but amount not credited in my parimatch account Then I contacted parimatch support team with ticket no 22823696, they said me to send proof of payment and I sent it first they said they are working on it and now on 30 July 2025 they are saying Please be advised that our billing department has notified us that this payment was not allocated towards Parimatch and may have been erroneously directed elsewhere, I had made payment through UPI Qr code which is mentioned on parimatch website and now they saying this Now it's 02 August sending them emails but no reply. These guys are fraud so better to stay away from them.
