Parimatch India — Deposit of 12000 is unsuccessful and withdraw of 19000 is also not credited to my account

It's been 15 days i had deposited 12000 on 31.08.2025 through upi transaction is successful but deposit is failed ticket raised regarding this issue but no solution till now.

I had withdrawn 19000 on 30.08.2025 thought bank transfer till now i have not received amount but in parimatch app it's showing sucessful.

I have raised a ticket regarding this issue also but no proper response from them.
