Parimatch India — Deposit of Rs 1999.51 is not credited to my parimatch account

I have made a deposit of 1999.51 INR on 09th Dec 2025 but the amount has not credited back in account or either the transaction is not declined its been more than one week I have contacted customer support they have raised a ticket and blocked my access to customer support chat option as they have raised a ticket so I need the resolution as soon as possible will i get amount my back or not
