Parimatch India — Deposited but not credited after multiple comolain

I have deposited 20k on 7 oct 2025 and it was succesful at the moment.. but they have not credited it in my account till now..

First they told me that money will arrive then told transctikn js unsuccessful..

Then asked for bank statement.. I have sent them still they are not crediting to my account
