An attempt to place a bet on match statistics (corners, cards) was interrupted by a glitch, and I lost the opportunity to make a profitable bet.

When a bet on match statistics failed, I noticed the problem and wrote to support. They apologized for the glitch and offered compensation for the missed bet.
