Nov 1, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved Constant technical errors prevented me from completing the withdrawal operation. I contacted support and reported the problem. After correspondence and providing screenshots with errors, I was advised to use an alternative browser and clear the cache. This helped and I was able to successfully submit a withdrawal request which was processed quickly.

i have deposited the amount fully waggered it and won 2 bets from it and the verification is also done of my account inspite of all this i am trying to do the withdraw from past few 10days everytime it says declined and without giving any reason behind it and the contact support is also very bad at resolving the issue along with i have mailed them many times but no one from their team resolved the issue of my account i am not getting the issue resolved please you can do something please do asap as i need the funds
