The size of the commision for withdrawing funds significantly exceeds that specifieds in the rules. This makes the service unprofitable to use!!

Complaint marked as Resolved Having seen that the commission amount exceeded that specified in the rules, I contacted support with a request to clarify the discrepancy. They explained to me that at the time of the withdrawal request, an additional check was being carried out, which required an increased commission. After my request, I was refunded the difference in the commission amount, and I was able to use the platform again under more favorable conditions.
