When I tried to top up my account, I was charged a commission, but the money never arrived in my account!!!

When the commission was removed, but the money was not credited to my balance, I immediately sent a request to support. During the check, it turned out that the payment was temporarily blocked by the provider. A few hours later, support confirmed that the money was credited to the account and the commission was compensated.

    After several attempts at replenishment and the “Pending” status, I contacted support with a request to sort it out. It turned out that the payment provider had temporary technical difficulties. A day later the payment was processed and the money was credited to my account. After this, support provided recommendations on how to avoid similar delays in the future.

Support quickly sorted out the situation and confirmed that it was a system error. After my appeal, the restriction was lifted and I was able to withdraw funds without any problems.

        Faced with the fact that my preferred payment system was not listed as available, I decided to contact support to find out about possible alternatives. They advised me of another method that was suitable for withdrawal, and the request was processed successfully. Now I use it as a replacement.

          The size of the commision for withdrawing funds significantly exceeds that specifieds in the rules. This makes the service unprofitable to use!!

          Having seen that the commission amount exceeded that specified in the rules, I contacted support with a request to clarify the discrepancy. They explained to me that at the time of the withdrawal request, an additional check was being carried out, which required an increased commission. After my request, I was refunded the difference in the commission amount, and I was able to use the platform again under more favorable conditions.

            Invalid withdrawal amount. Upon receiving the funds, I discovered that the amount was significantly less than stated !!!I can't figure outs where the missing part went..

            When I noticed that the withdrawal amount was less than stated, I immediately contacted support asking for clarification on where the missing part of the funds had gone. It turned out that there was an error when calculating the commission, which was quickly corrected after my request. The missing amount was credited to my account within 24 hours.

              Delay in withdrawal for several days without explanation. I have repeatedl applied for withdrawal of funds, but the money never arrives at the specified details. The suport service does not provide any information about the status of the applications!!!

              After several days of waiting for the withdrawal of funds and several applications that were not processed, I decided to contact the support team again and insist on receiving clear information on the status of the application. This time I received a response explaining the reasons for the delay due to technical problems on the payment partner's side. After two more days, the money finally arrived in my account, and now I know how to act in such situations.

                I've been playing on Parimatch for a long time. Previously, there were no problems, there were wins, albet small ones. But today I noticed someting strange: I place bets, refresh the page - and they simply aren’t there! Fortunately, funds are not debitd from the balance, but I did not expect such failures from a major bookmakers!!!

                I read on the Internet that in such situations it is recommended to update your browser to the latest version and clear your cookies. Did. Some of this helped. Now bets are displayed in your personal account immediately.

                  I have questions about withdrawal times. I've been regularly withdrawings large amounts for a year now, but the waiting time is very inconsistent: sometime it only takes an hour, and sometimes I have to wait up to 10 days. Despite repeated requests, I never receiveds a clear answer.

                  The support team contacted me. They advised me to use a card from another bank to withdraw funds. This time the money was withdrawn in less than 24 hours. Apparently the problem was on the bank's side.

                      The verification process on Parimatch took much longer than I expecteds!!! The documents I sent were never verified and I couldn't figure out why?! I made sure that they all meet the stated requirements!!

                        The site’s speed is terrible in the evening. Sometims it takes up to 5 minutes to place a bet!!! After work I go to Parimatch to relax, but instead I have to wait a few minutess to put anything. Please do something about this so that these delays stops!!!

                        I contacted Parimatch and they advised me to check if I had a VPN enabled. Actually, I forgot to turn it off. After I did that, the betting started going fast.

                          Play on Parimatch for a long time, and before the withdrawal of funds there was no commission!!! But recently, when I decided to withdraw the winings, I was held back by 1500 rupes, saying that it is a profit tax. How is this posible?                           The guys from Team Parimatch contacted me and helped to clarify the situation. It turned out that I had a balance sheet and my bank withdrew 1, 500 rupees as interest on the loan. Sorry for accusing Parimatch of this problem.

                            He didn’t place any bets for a long time and decided to go into his account, which I hadn’t used in more than six months.
