Parimatch India — Refund of 36,000 Pending for 29 Days Deficiency of Service

I deposited ₹36, 000 with Parimatch on [20th Sept 2205]. For the past 29 days, my refund request has been delayed with the same repeated response: “payment system side, experts are working.” No refund, no UTR, and no clear explanation has been provided.
This is a clear case of deficiency of service, negligence, and breach of trust. As a customer, I cannot be made to suffer due to Parimatch’s internal issues or third‑party “experts.” The responsibility lies with Parimatch to ensure timely refund or credit.
Despite multiple follow‑ups, I have only received copy‑paste apologies and no resolution. I am demanding an immediate refund of ₹36, 000 or valid UTR details. If not resolved, I will escalate through cybercrime FIR, Consumer Court, and RBI Ombudsman
