[Resolved]  Parimatch India — The funds still had not arrived to the balance...

During the replenishment of the account via cryptocurrency, the transaction was frozen, and after several hours the funds still had not arrived to the balance.

Complaint marked as Resolved 
After the crypto payment froze and the funds did not arrive, I immediately contacted support. They checked the transaction, found out the reason for the failure and returned the funds to my balance within a few hours.
