Money not credited in my friends account

i had requested many times
[protected] sumit singla This is my parimatch ID and I had withdrawn and Rs.7500 on 27 October 2023 but I didn't received any money in my account I have been providing such details like statement and all the screenshots but you guys are keeping me playing and making excuse again again and again today I am sending statement till date 21 February 2024 it's the updated statement kindly check the statement...

Deposited money Scam by parimatch

How can anyone trust even with parimatch customer service when there are bunches of lier siting to serve us. Contacted them to resolve my problem regarding Missing deposited money even after transaction was successful. They told me to make another transaction with same amount to check credentials of my account and promised me tht he is taking responsibility of both of my transaction and it will hardly take 15 minutes for him to do so and...

I am trying to deposit money (Rs 25 000) but it is not working. It says that there are not enough funds on the card. Although I have 25 500 rupees on my card now! I can't figure out what to do. I don't think it is the bank's fault!...

Very very slooooow website

The speed of the site in the evening is terribly slow. Sometimes you have to spend 5 minutes to make one bet! I come home from work very tired and open Parimatch to relax! Instead I have to wait 5 minutes each to place a bet. Do something already to make this stop!...

Deposit money missing

I have made deposit transaction 2 days ago using paytm transfer and transaction was successful but money wasn't added in to my parimatch account and I contacted customer service more thn 10 times until now and each time getting automated response from them. I started using this site recently. After withdrawal of one 50, 000 transaction and one 70, 000 transaction, I'm facing this issue while depositing money and they are showing me steps...

Withdrawal not yet received

I had made an withdrawal of Rs 20000.00 on 29th January 2024 which is showing as successful.
But I have not received any amount to my bank account.
I have communicated with support more than 20 times ended up with no solution.
Even I have sent mail with bank statement and mail reply from bank official ID stating that the amount has not been credited to my bank account.
But still they are replying sMe answer...

Problems with withdrawals

Made a deposit, won more than 30 thousand for one bet, but when I decided to make a withdrawal, the money has not arrived on my card for the 5th day. This causes serious distrust, especially given the reviews about problems with withdrawal on Parimatch. I hope that the situation will be resolved and I will get my winnings, because it is my money....

Withdrawal scam

At the beginning i deposited rs.200 and i changed my mind and thought of withdrawing it but it says that rs.1000 is the minimum withdrawal amount. So i deposited another 800rs and i tried to withdraw and now it says to wager rs350 after wager i withdrew the money but the withdrawal was declined. Withdrawal not received But showing successful in the parimatch app.

I have made a withdrawal of ₹2000 on 1st November from parimatch account and it was showing that the withdrawal was successful but i didn't receive the withdrawal money yet and I have also contacted with the support team of parimatch and provided them with the all needed documents like bank statement and Account number but still I didn't receive the withdrawal money yet....

Deposited Money but still not added to Parimatch

With reference to the message made to https://www.consumercomplaints.in on 11th Sep, 2023 with Complaint ID : 3468150, i would like to inform you that the issue has NOT been resolved yet. The amount is still not added to Parimatch Account and neither it got refunded to my Bank A/C.

So I am writing once again.

My Parimatch User ID is :[protected].

I have made a Deposit of Rs 2, 00, 000/- (Two Lakhs)...

On 20th july I made the deposit of amount 3000 INR money was successfully debited from my account but in parimatch its status was showing as declined. After talking with customer care they asked me to share payment screenshot with time and bank statement. I had already shared the bank statement with them from 20th july to 31 july . I also mailed them and asked them everyday regarding my status but everytime they have only one answer that...

Deposit not credited of 2 Lakh

Hello,

I had deposited 2 Lakh on 30 July 2023, it's August 2 now they have still not credited in my account.

Worst support team now a days. No reply on emails.

I Suggest don't do IMPS to these guys, because they have worst third part payment gateway.

Previous I had lost 2.5 Lakh which was deposited on 19th July 2023.

How I lost?
I made the imps, got the reference...
