Complaint marked as Resolved After not receiving a response for a few days, I decided to try another way of communication. I went to the official social media page of Parimatch and sent them a personal message describing the problem. Surprisingly, after a few hours I got a reply and was asked to provide additional data to solve the problem. Shortly after that, the money returned to my account. I plan to try this method of communication again.
