The speed of the site in the evening is terribly slow. Sometimes you have to spend 5 minutes to make one bet! I come home from work very tired and open Parimatch to relax! Instead I have to wait 5 minutes each to place a bet. Do something already to make this stop!...
I have made deposit transaction 2 days ago using paytm transfer and transaction was successful but money wasn't added in to my parimatch account and I contacted customer service more thn 10 times until now and each time getting automated response from them. I had made an withdrawal of Rs 20000.00 on 29th January 2024 which is showing as successful.
But I have not received any amount to my bank account.
I have communicated with support more than 20 times ended up with no solution.
Even I have sent mail with bank statement and mail reply from bank official ID stating that the amount has not been credited to my bank account.
But still they are replying sMe answer...

I think that the information about the terms and conditions on Parimatch is sometimes too confusing. Everytime I contact the Parimatch team give me same excuse
They even faked and lied to me that it the transaction was credited and gave me faked utr number
I contacted my bank and they completely declined about the transaction
And even told that the utr number is fake and doesn’t exist
They are trying to scam me
I everyday sent them...
This is to inform you that i have lost huge amount from parimatch. This is my humble request you to refund some money to me as im completely devastated mentally. Im going throuh so much pain and agony. Requesting you to do the needfull. I will appreciate with my heart. Please help
