I have participated in promotions on Parimatch several times, but the bonus system seems unclear and opaque. Bonuses do not always arrive, and there is no explanation as to why.

I contacted customer support to clarify the terms of the bonus program. They explained how bonuses are calculated and helped me understand the process. Now I understand how to properly participate in promotions and track bonuses.

    I reported the issue to tech support, and they confirmed that it was a temporary glitch on the streaming provider's side. As compensation, I was awarded bonuses for live games, and now the streams work without delays.

      During a live blackjack game, the system generated an error and my bet was stuck, causing me to miss out on a chance to win the round.

      I reported the error to support and they recalculated the round results, returning my bet. After that, the game started working stably, and there were no more problems.

        I sent documents for verification to the Parimatch casino, but the process took several weeks, which prevents me from withdrawing funds and continuing to play.

                Dear Parimatch Support Team,

                I am writing to formally address an ongoing issue with my withdrawals. My past withdrawal requests have been repeatedly rejected, and every time I contact your support team, I am given the same response that it is a "technical error." However, despite multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved, and my withdrawals continue to be rejected.
