When I entered VIP Poker, the system asked me to make another deposit, although I already had 10, 000 rupees in my account.

Complaint marked as Resolved 
I contacted support, they checked my account and confirmed the technical error. After fixing it, I was able to log in to VIP Poker and the funds remained in my account. They apologized for the inconvenience and promised to improve the access process.
