When replenishing an account via UPI in a mobile application, the money was debited, but did not appear on the balance even after several hours.

Complaint marked as Resolved 
I contacted support, they checked the transaction and found out that there was a failure in the mobile application. As a result, the funds were credited to the balance in a few hours.
