I had made an withdrawal of Rs 20000.00 on 29th January 2024 which is showing as successful.
But I have not received any amount to my bank account.
I have communicated with support more than 20 times ended up with no solution.
Even I have sent mail with bank statement and mail reply from bank official ID stating that the amount has not been credited to my bank account.
But still they are replying sMe answer that it is successful, kindly contact bank.
Even I suggest that to lodge a complaint from their end stating that the amount has not been credited to beneficiary account. They are denying and not not responding or answering and simply ending online support chat. Was this information helpful? |
