Parimatch India — Withdrawal successful from your side but not received it yet

It’s day 16th i haven’t recieved my withdrawal of 5186₹
Everytime I contact the Parimatch team give me same excuse
They even faked and lied to me that it the transaction was credited and gave me faked utr number
I contacted my bank and they completely declined about the transaction
And even told that the utr number is fake and doesn’t exist
They are trying to scam me
I everyday sent them the bank statements they everytime as usual scammers do the same excuse they gave me
