I have often had trouble getting prompt support from Parimatch. Some of my questions and problems went unanswered to support emails, and I had to wait too long to get help.

I found a contact phone number for live support for Parimatch and added it to my contacts, now when I have questions or problems, I just call and get the necessary help instantly, avoiding a long wait for an email.
