Parimatch India — Wrong balance showing in my account

I deposited 500 rupees on 21st may 2025 and placed a bet of 500 rupees on tottenham to win the game against manchester united in the uefa europa league final. I won the bet and got 1725 rupees which was visible in my account that day. I opened parimatch on 27th may 2025 after that and the balance was only 9 rupees in my account. you should look in to it and give me a refund or put the money back into my parimatch account. Hoping for a quick response as this is a very unfair incident.
