Dear sir, On today dated 29/01/19, i was having appointment for dl test at vastral rto ahmedabad but online payment for test was pending due to some technical error. I than asked office to refresh and than epaid the test amount rs 300/- but it was not reflected in my application. I than tried again and found that twice payment was done.
