This govt websites are joke, Following are the issues I faced when tried to apply for online driving licence.
Issue 1. When user try to check for application status, user have to submit captcha 10-20 times even if captcha entered is correct. After trying 4-5 times from the beginning again and again by luck once it will work.
Issue 2. When user try to upload a document, after selecting document type (ex: age proof) you will see "data not available". means you will not be able to select "document type to be uploaded". After trying 4-5 times from the beginning again and again by luck once it will work.
issue 3. After selecting Document type "Ex" aadhar card, passport etc". page will automatically go to homepage. After trying 4-5 times from the beginning again and again by luck once it will work.
issue 4. After uploading the document I am seeing following error, its 19th time the entire process I did as of now.
