Hi i am udhayakumar,
I have applied the address change request in driving license in rto they asked for online fees and submission to change so i went to my district rto i take driving license at metro city so they said u can go there and change it when i came i asked same they said about fees for address change so i paid online now they said can't change here u go to your district we can give noc for that but what about my fees already paid at online...? When i asked them we can't do anything i fed up with that i asked again is there any way to use same my district for with same fees for address change they said no what is this...? Then to to online and again put noc if the service can't happen means they should return the money right even railway dept if cancelled the ticket they return money why not here...? I need to again pay the fees for my district. How the person can pay the fees two times for single service. I need my money back i have attached the receipt of my fees paid...!
