Park Avenue — Complaint about malfunctioning Voyage Perfume Spray container

Dear Sir,

I am writing this mail in great distress & shock.

I have bought a brand new Park Avenue Voyage Perfume Spray 235 ml. The container seemingly contains the high pressure liquid, which on pressing the knob doesn't comes out in regular flow, & instead few mists are only coming out after repetitive pressings & shacking.

In the circumstances above, it is crystal clear that using this faulty product piece might endanger my life, as because the news of violent explosion of such products are plenty in the newspapers in the recent past.

I would be highly obliged if you can kindly replace this canister unit with a new one, whose dispenser unit is working properly.

Kindly revert back with return mail about your protocol / procedure for the replacement of Perfume Spray. My postal address for sending replacement parcel by courier is also given below. Please also let me know if it is possible to do it locally from Delhi. In that case kindly let me know your local office / store which can replace this faulty product.
