The lid breaks off in no time rendering the tube unusable, as the cream gets dry.
This is the third time it is happening. Customer care response not satisfactory

I bought combo pack of beer shampoo from d-mart, it induces huge hairfall after use. It's a waste of money and recommend that it should be barred from market.
Poor quality chemical shampoo.

Dear Team i bought a belt from flipkart app and fater some using so belt has been damage.

I have purchased Park Avenue Body spray from Dmart 2-3 months back. There was an offer of "Buy one get one free" on this product. One finished of one container of body spray, I removed the second one for use. But surprisingly, I found the sealed container completely empty. This seems a manufacturing defect.
Looking for a positive response on this from company management.

I bought Park Avenue soap a few months ago. It was a pack of five out of which 2 soaps had these weird white thread-like things coming out of them. I don't know if it was mold or not or dangerous or not, regardless I threw the soap. Attached are a few pictures, I am now concerned about what I may have been exposed to.

I am writing this mail in great distress & shock.

I have bought a brand new Park Avenue Voyage Perfume Spray 235 ml. The container seemingly contains the high pressure liquid, which on pressing the knob doesn't comes out in regular flow, & instead few mists are only coming out after repetitive pressings & shacking.

In the circumstances above, it is crystal clear that using this faulty product piece might endanger my life, as because the news of violent explosion of such products are plenty in the newspapers in the recent past.

I would be highly obliged if you can kindly replace this canister unit with a new one, whose dispenser unit is working properly.

Kindly revert back with return mail about your protocol / procedure for the replacement of Perfume Spray. My postal address for sending replacement parcel by courier is also given below. Please also let me know if it is possible to do it locally from Delhi. In that case kindly let me know your local office / store which can replace this faulty product.

An early & positive response from your end would be highly appreciable.

I have two reversible leather belts of park avenue.
The both belts are now unusable as pasting of these belts have developed faults.

Kindly arrange to replace these belts immediately.

Bought park Avenue moisturising shaving cream 15 days ago and now it's not working properly it's of 175 rs and 200g/250 ml .plz take give me another bottle and take this one back

The shoes got damaged within a week of purchase and when asked to repair or return they said it is not possible. How can park avenue sell such poor quality shoes for 5499.

I have purchased a belt from bata showroom of park avenue costing about 1500/-. Within 6 months it has come to notice that it has a plastic laminated which is now pelling out causing damage of the belt. I am filling cheated by the brand, as it has marked geniune leather and have paid ₹1500/-. Totally unacceptable from brand like park avenue

The body spray that i have purchased from more supermarket kanchipurm, does not spray the perfume, even after repeated tries, so that, no single spray was done in this mega saver pack,

I bought park avenue mens deo from a medical shop from rahatani pune a few weeks back. However the nozzle failed within a few weeks. It refused to dispense the spray. It got simply jammed.
I took it to the shop from where i bought it but they refused to take it back.
I think this product has a defect in its spray system.
It can fail anytime wasting your money.
Be careful while buying park avenue deo spray bottles.
I had to throw it away as there was deo inside but no way to spary it out now

I have purchased a shirt for my wife 1.5 years back and she has not used that shirt due to her pregnancy. After her delivery, she wore that shirt only twice and it has been torn from several places. I have been to park avenue showroom in mgf mall gurgaon and ask them to send it for quality check. After a month or so i visited the showroom again and ask for the status and surprisingly got a reply from them that my request has been rejected by their area manager and they are denying to give us the bill details as well as they don’t maintain any records.

We purchased two shirts of park avenue from connaught place, new delhi in raymond shop and paid rs 1350/- for each shirt after getting discount of 50%.in feb'2017. I wear hardly two times both the shirts. Bubbles creates on cuffes and front patties. Front patties are shown badly and it does not look as park avenue shirt.

I used your products since 1997 and never found complaint. I lodge the complaint for the first time. I never expect the defects in your product.
Please replace the shirts as soon as earliest.

I m very frequent user of deodorant. Two days back i have first time purchased park avenue deodorant. After sprayingbit on my arm pits. My arm pits are inflamed and it smell so ugly and felt so irrigating after using it. Im very upset and im still in so much discomfort right now. The fact is that its not even expired. I have purchased a park avenue shirt from central aerocity outlet on 26th april 2019 as a gift on my friend's birthday. I always prefer buying good brands because of the quality. However to my disappointment this blue shirt i bought had worn off from the collar on its first wash (Photos attached). Since the shirt was not worn by my friend in last 3 months and he just wore very recently. I have not even maintained the bill copy. However the same can be obtained from central store aerocity. I trusted the raymond brand and especially park avenue as a brand but this was seriously not accepted. Please get the shirt replaced immediately.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased a pair of sports shoes on 9th feb'2019. I am very disappointed with the product it didn't worked even for 6 months. The sole of the shoe got damaged with in 10 to 15 time o[censored]se. I had purchased it from your haldwani store. I am looking for repair or exchange for shoes.

I just started working so i wanted to buy formals and i was told park avenue is a good brand to shop from. I did shopping from cp and bought few trousers, shirts and jeans however its just been a month and i realized that the quality i should have got with this much price that i have spent should be way better than what i got. I wore the jeans for the first time and it tore and the trousers and shirts are too not stitched well. I hope that someone will revert towards my complaint and i will get a resolution.

On 02 Oct 18 I bought a Park Avenue Shirt from Raymond Shop in Sec 8/9 Panchkula (Haryana) amounted to Rs. 3200/-. There was discount on the product and Raymond shop offered me 20% and I kept it for spacial occasion. To my surprise the shirt shrank very badly on both hands and sides. I came back only in Jun first week from holidays and visited the shop along with shirt. They offered me that the matter will be brought to the notice of Park avenue. But when I contacted them they said that it is late and nothing can be done at this stage. My question is just running away from responsibilities is right? if so the credibility of the customer on any branded items ends too. That is what I experienced

Sir, on 22 may 19, we visited your shop located in providence mall pondicherry. The mr. Saravanan behaved inappropriate manner. We gone to get a matching trouser for a jacket, on seeing our jacket he first laughed and asked about the company of that jacket, further he said that this jacket not suitable for ceremonies. We shocked by this behavior of the staff and hurt deeply.
Such behavior of a staff may brought down the credibility of great company like party avenue also may leads to gain the confident and support of coutomers.
Request to advice n guide him on how to behavie with coustemers also to treat all equally irespective of their appearence.

I had purchased a formal white shirt from the shoppers stop store at west end mall aundh pune. The shirt quality is very poor. I have worn it on two occasions only and then got it dry cleaned from a reputed laundry. A large patch in the front shows sign of wear tear in the form threads coming out. Kindly note this grievance regarding the poor quality of shirts and arrange for a replacement.

I have already sent complaint on dated 11/08/2018 that i have purchased one trouser of brand park avenue from bindal show room abu lane meerut up on 18/05/2018.
The fabric of trouser is of very poor quality and also its colour have been fadded.
So. I want to replace this trouser. I have already discussed with above shop but he was misbehaved with me.

I have bought a pair of vest style no. Nvb001 from dt mall it park chandigarh about a month ago. I usually wear m size but this time i purchased size l. A week ago when i wore this it was completely tight and short in lenght too. The waist border area is fixed by stiching and is non stretchable.
It is also very tight from chest too.
Hence it is tight, short and uncomfortable as compared to its other styles i wore before.
It is totally a waste of money for me.
So i request you to refund me the whole amount or provide me other comfortable styles as u guys are not expected for such compromise with quality.

I bought park avenue trouser from men's wear. Withing 1 wash of that trouser it has become like using it from years. I was supposed to be perfectly good as it belongs to park avenue brand. Its quality totally degarded. I am experiencing worst quality of it. It's quality is like i have purchased some local brand. Material had become worst within one wash and also threads has come up over the texture of the trouser. I want to get it exchanged as i have paid enough for it.

This is just to inform that, i have recently bought 3 ready made trouser, shirt and leather belt from park avenue outlet located in korum mall, in thane, on 23rd march 2018. Other than trousers everything is perfect.

Quality of stitching for trouser is very bad, it only 3-4 times i have wore these trousers but thread of stitching is coming out and i have to give for another stitching the trouser otherwise its not in position to wear it. Its really very disappointed to get such a quality from well reputed brand. I was really excited coz of fitting color and price but the quality made me very upset and i don't expect this from such a big brand, i am really shocked what quality check you have established in your organisation to check these type of poor service. I have paid inr 2299/- for each trouser, paying this amount doesn't satisfy the quality i have received.

As i am settled and living in dubai and can't visit before july to your outlet, kindly advice if i can visit any outlet in dubai to show the trouser and get it repaired, as its looking very bad, coz stiches below the zip line is coming out.
