MY member ID is 13748 and 13749 and I have taken membership plan and payment of rs 40000 done as their sales manager Rahul Patel and Parag Chauhan had promised me to make a booking of 16 june but after making payment Rahul Chauhan didn't pick my phone never replied and then I make chargeback through bank they email me to refund my money but I didn't receive any money from company.totaly fake promises done by company.never faith on their sales persons.

based on my discussion with Divyanshi/Juile/Dharanjay/Dharshan from last 2 years, since you are unable to provide any reservation for any dates on respective commitment 4* & 5* property from last 2 years. or agreed and documented by your sales team (I have all documentation available with me where your Members experience team had agreed to provide me only 4* & 5* property only & complimentary international travel for Maldives/Dubai/Bali in your membership timeline ), as you are unable to deliver what your have promised over the email & phone, you will have to refund me entire membership fee of 260000 INR.

I cant have expected worse experience than this what I have gone through with you all in last 2 years, it was so painful and mental harassment for me. I assume you realize the pain and mental harassment I am going through and you wont take this lightly. I am requesting you to initiate refund of membership fee as i cant take metal harassment anymore and i don't expect anymore excuses. If you unable to initiate refund process then i will take my further steps as I will feel suitable however you should realize the pain i had to go through and take this request on a priority bases as a responsible company

I took membership of this company for the next 10 years. I purchased a membership plan in Jan'24 in Jamnagar. During the membership process, they promised to provide a complete 6N/7D international package for 2 adults and 2 children (below the age of 12 years). This was also mentioned in the welcome letter Also.

I made my first booking request in Jan'24, and the reservation team informed me that they would update me in the first week of March'24. I patiently waited until March, but then I was told to make a fresh request for international booking. In March, I made a new request for the period of June-Aug'24. The reservation team replied that they would update me in the first week of May. Again, I waited until May and received an email stating that they could only provide a 3N hotel booking in international locations.

I called them to explain that I have a total 6N/7D package for 2 adults and 2 children as per my plan. I also mentioned that my destinations and dates are flexible, and they can verify their inventory to confirm when I can get the full 6N/7D package. However, they continue to send me similar emails daily, stating that they can only provide a 3N hotel booking. This is completely unacceptable and fraudulent towards their members.

Furthermore, they are asking for AMC fees, which I am ready to pay subject to receiving a full 6N/7D booking confirmation. It is not understandable why they don't have availability every time. This is a clear case of cheating and fraud. I need to file legal and police complaints against the company.

I have been trying to make a booking and everytime I ask for a booking I am told that the inventory is completely sold.

When I highlighted that it is a common pattern at their end and I will file a complaint this is the exact response I got from the reservations department.

"We would like to inform you that, as per trail mail you ask for booking because you have paid 41, 500/- so that kind your information's we provided 6 nights bookings already. so your choice what you do because as per the park royal holidays availability is sold out till may."

Look at the Language and the tone of the customer service department. also the claim of 6 days is wrong as I had cancelled one booking but still they marked it as nights consumed.

There are no phone numbers to talk to anyone in reservation. The customer service number is non responsive.

Its a completely fraud organization and I will not recommend anyone to buy their membership or do any bookings with them.

I had placed a request on 1st January 2024 to book a hotel for 16th February 2024 but Park Royal Holidays did not provide me any booking on those days. They didn't book me any resorts on my dates. He refused to give the resort for two-three days. They said that if you change the date then we will give you the resort for three-four days. Now I want booking for 9th March 2024 but Park Royal Holidays is still refusing and saying that you should book after May 2024. Then we will give booking. I have made every possible effort for booking but the company is not booking in any form. My coupon has 10 nights left in 1 year, how will I complete it? The company is doing absolutely wrong. I also lodged a complaint on India Complaint Portal but no one is interested, I also emailed the Member Experience of Park Royal Holidays but there was no solution for this either.
Is there any owner of this company, is there any director who looks into this type of complaint. How can the company owners be so harsh? A customer is being harassed by not providing service and no hearing is being done. The aim of the company is only to earn money and not to satisfy the customer. When the complaint is not being resolved even on the India Complaint Portal, then will the law pay attention to it? This is how the hard-earned money of the customers is being looted and the owners of the company are sleeping soundly. No one knows who is the owner of the company, what is his name, where does he live. No one knows who the Directorate Board is and where it is. Ever since I have taken membership, I am being harassed and lies are being spread that I have given three-four nights continuously but the truth is that I have never given more than two nights. Sometimes the company asks to reduce the days and sometimes asks to change the date, it is just acting like its own boss and does not listen to the customer.
What is the point of any kind of complaint portal in India when any kind of problem or customer is not heard and yes this has happened not only with me but with many people. No action is being taken against anyone, what kind of law is this? If the company does not want to provide any kind of facility then why do not they give refund and why are they taking curses from poor people. It takes 5 years for a poor man to save ₹50000 and such companies cheat him of his hard-earned money. I am not being talked to by the company manager. Nor is any problem being solved. Just getting frustrated as a customer. Is there no one in the country to look into this complaint?

I bought a membership of Park Royal Holidays, Ahmedabad. I paid 70000 Rs for five years and 30 nights. They told me to book before 45 days and I booked before 60 days still they told me to wait and now told that they can give me only two nights.
Even didnt send me the list of hotels. Sales representative made fake promises and customer care representative showed just lack of inventory and rules of the comapny. It is a scam and cheating. Everybody should file complaint against them

I strongly advise against purchasing a membership from this company. Despite sending a reservation request 90 days in advance, they have informed me that they will only update the booking details in the first week of March, and even then, it is subject to availability. They have failed to provide any confirmation regarding my reservation in March. Furthermore, their promised best service and facilities before membership have proven to be false, as their sales manager, Mr. Viraj, and sales executive, Ms. Vandana, have stopped answering my calls and avoiding any communication with me. During a promotion, they had promised to provide 6 flight tickets, but their welcome letter they mentioned only 03 tickets. Additionally, the sales team had assured me that local sightseeing and airport pick-up/drop-off were included in the offer, but their office has denied providing these services unless I pay additional charges. I have repeatedly asked Mr. Viraj to inform the office and arrange a revised offer letter, but even after 10 days, he has been unable to resolve my query. They have shown a complete lack of responsiveness and have failed to provide any booking assistance. I urge you not to purchase from them. If my problem is not resolved, I will escalate this matter to the highest level.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Park Royal Holidays Pvt Ltd, a complete fraudster company, for their deceptive and fraudulent practices as a provider of India+Asia + Europe membership services. On August 14th, 2023, I entered into a contractual agreement with this company, investing INR 3, 00, 000 for a membership that promised access to 5-star properties in both India, Asia and Europe along with complimentary tour packages. The terms of this membership required me to submit holiday requests 30-45 days in advance.

My experience with Park Royal Holidays Pvt Ltd has been a nightmare characterized by repeated breaches of trust and fraudulent conduct. I am submitting this complaint to seek your urgent intervention in addressing these egregious issues and ensuring that Park Royal Holidays Pvt Ltd is held accountable for their fraudulent actions.

My grievances with Park Royal Holidays Pvt Ltd are as follows:

Deceptive Practices:

My first holiday request was raised on August 21st, 2023, for a holiday booking for October 29th 2023. In spite of repeated emails and calls, they never responded until October 20th and stated to raise the request 72 days prior to the date for international booking, penalizing customers for their incompetence in response.

Manager's Invisibility:

The manager, Rakesh, becomes invisible mode and never responds to calls or messages after the amount is paid, adding to the frustration and disappointment.

False and substandard Inventory Information:

The second request was raised on November 6th, 2023, to travel in February 2024 for our wedding anniversary. The response was that the booking window was not open yet prior to 60days window, which contradicts their previous reason for not providing a holiday.

Later, they came back claiming to have inventory only in April and could not provide it in February. When I asked for an alternative destination, "Maldives, " for the dates 12th to 16th February, a low-rated 3-star hotel was given as option that too with different dates which is, which is a clear violation of the commitment to provide 5-star accommodations in specific listed hotels. Infact askedto purchase some kind of full package if needed good hotels, ridiculous.

Again, I asked for a different destination, and there has been no response to date.
I would like to further emphasize that while Park Royal Holidays Pvt Ltd was incredibly active and attentive during the initial sales process, their commitment to customer service has vanished thereafter. They have consistently failed to answer phone calls, respond to messages, and have taken an exorbitant number of follow-ups to reply to initial emails. This lack of responsiveness and neglect of customer inquiries is deeply concerning and only adds to the overall deception perpetrated by Park Royal Holidays Pvt Ltd.

I feel compelled to warn anyone considering membership with them about their enticing but ultimately deceptive offerings. This company is a trap, and potential customers should steer clear to avoid the distressing experience I have endured.

I urgently request your immediate intervention to address this matter. I seek the following remedies:

- A full refund of the membership fee of INR 3, 00, 000.
- A thorough investigation into Park Royal Holidays Pvt Ltd's fraudulent

The company is providing fraud informations and they are not booking the hotels at havelock and neil island and denying to book the hotels by saying that we are not having any tie ups with the hotels in havelock and neil islands.

Sir when we have taken the membership they tols us that they will provide in all india but now they are denying for that.
