Plz request all o[censored], do not take membership from park royal holydays, the did not provide u any hotels which date u want.
The give only off seasons dates or very far form destination. Or non star hotels, or try to give u forcefully rather then 4 or 5 star. Commitment backfist or dinner but provide only one one things. I[censored] want 3 days they give u 2 days, so one day u take another hotels with own cost. Customer care did not pick phone
no replay mails long time. It was happened 2 times from me last time they promised that will not happened again. But again same problem. No contact no. Give seniors only customer care no provided, the ask only put mail.
Now when i write complain, they force me to settlement.
again request to u all plz do not waste your money that company

I am being harrased and fraudulent by park royal holidays they promise to give me booking

I have taken 3 years holiday package, before taking package whether they will provide room on new year weekend, i have sent booking details just after taking package in september, as per company policy you have inform atleast 45days earlier for peak season. Intially i have recieved mail you have to have pay 2500rs per night per person for gala dinner, my package already includes dinner still they want me to pay to 5000 per night for dinner....

Plz don't buy these packages. They make fool. They are not giving any proper response to the customers. While taking membership they make very big promises about holidays and bookings but after that when we go for bookings or we mail to the reservation desk they Don’t give any replies to your booking.
Name of sales women khushali, she promised many big things but she don't pick up the fn.
Plz plz don't buy these packages....

I filed a complaint and got a call from Mr Dhananjay, he assured that he will resolve the issue and ask me to take the complaint back . I took the complaint back and was about to get the voucher on 26th sept’23 .
But there is no reply from the team and now Mr Dhananjay is also not answering the call …
someone else picked the call and started misbehaving.

It is to infoem you that vishal and muskaan promised me to give confirmation of my membership as well as hotel booking ie Ramada plaza mumbai on Saturday ie 23/9/23 itself. But after receiving 59000/- through upi Vishal simply started avoiding my calls and till now he hasn't picked up any of my call and not even replied to any of my messages. Muskaan is also making fool of me and played fraud with me.

My membership number 12925 purchased after know about company bcoz of they keep on follow up, they said at the time of purchase membership they have 5 hotels in visakhapatnam
palm beach hotel
- the gateway hotel
- the park
- Fairfield by Marriott
- four point by Sheraton

I booked 60 days back now i got message after 20 days we dont have any affiliated properties at desired destination.

Really i was upset after paying huge amount i request you pls refund my amount immdiately or i will file case in consumber court

I request people pls do buy membership from this company chk properly be fore paying

I was given 3 star Hotel to stay in AMR, instead 4 or 5 star in the city.

Dirty room, VERY poor Service in the Hotel.

The worst part, the Park Royal Holidays did not pay the room charges to the Hotel & the Hotel was keep insulting/embarrassing me in front of the other Guests to reach out the Travel agent to settle the amount before check out.

Park royal holiday very big fraud company of travel industry, they just making fool customer, they don't provide booking, they promised me, they will provide booking very easily, but they don't provide, they make new reason every booking time, I have lot of problems with park royal, .
they promised me I will provide booking very easily, but he doesn't respond now a day, vishal, now talking but not able to provide booking, he just saying every time, reservation dept, will provide booking, I m not happy with park royal, I will take regal action against park royal,

I have not received my claim money instead i have been sued by park royal holidays by representative name DIVYANSI DAMOR who is not ready to give me my claim amount.
You are requested to give my claim amount rs.60000 for compensation for defamation and metal stress agony....

After waiting for 2 months, I was not expecting the response that the booking is not possible as 45 window is not met.

Are you guys CRAZY... the first booking email was sent on 9th AUG, WHY you guys didn't mentioned that it's not possible... NOW last moment, the responding that the BOOKING IS NOT POSSIBLE!!!...

The booking email was sent on 9th August but no response till now, even called multiple times but they just mentioned that you will get response but no response.

It’s really frustrating that no one responds to calls, customer care/sales representative/ NO ONE ..!!!

Now, I got response that the booking window is 45 days, & now booking is not possible. It;s CRAZY...!!!...

In the month of June 23 company provided 1st booking confirmation at Massorrie. Booking voucher after several call n mail provided in the month of March. But the property was not as good as expected as committed by company. After that company assured me to XT booking must be up to mark. Hence I request for October booking at Jaipur in very soon in July after planning all.
