When the membership was given, they was told that we will book the holiday plan anytime but when I asked for booking for 3 nights on 2nd October, no response was given and they said that the property is not available yet. Now again I mailed for booking for 8th dec, same reply, these people do not give any booking, only when I had given membership, they gave me hotel to show for one night and now they are not giving any booking. No one talks.

They took 42500 for 3 years membership but they do not provide rooms either they provide in some other nearby city and for only 1/2 no of days and this time they are not at all responding . This company is a fraud do not take their membership. . Better book from MMT or take any reputed company membership if you want peace of mind. I am going to file a case against them if other people are also fooled by them mail me at [protected]@gmail.com we all will fight a case together and get our refund

No booking is on board don’t mislead people with your same replies I want my money back if you cannot provide service and do t mislead people and loot their hard earned money . People are marking their problems resolve as you people promise that you will provide booking and your best punch line is we will not provide booking unless you mark your complaint as resolved. Provide us good bookings as promised no one will complain

Let me know if anyone if planning any action I am with you guys. They giving him 40k hard earned money.. I have to follow up with them whole day as of i dont have any work and after that also they provide 1 night in asking of 5 nights.

I am also harassed as many others, I have given booking request in July for September last week but they denied by mailing they are sold out till October they mail us in August last month,
I again requested for booking for the month of December and again on October last week they mail that they are sold out till January 2024 even the confirmation call was also received for the booking,
They are cheating the customer on the name of subject to availability, and they told u can book your tickets as this is confirmation call.

Waah great group of cheaters

Plz request all o[censored], do not take membership from park royal holydays, the did not provide u any hotels which date u want.
The give only off seasons dates or very far form destination. Or non star hotels, or try to give u forcefully rather then 4 or 5 star. Commitment backfist or dinner but provide only one one things. I[censored] want 3 days they give u 2 days, so one day u take another hotels with own cost. Customer care did not pick phone
no replay mails long time. It was happened 2 times from me last time they promised that will not happened again. But again same problem. No contact no. Give seniors only customer care no provided, the ask only put mail.
Now when i write complain, they force me to settlement.
again request to u all plz do not waste your money that company

ये एक फ्रॉड कॉम्पनी है, आप कोई भी इसके झासे मे मत आना, पिछली बार भी मेने इनकी शिकायत की थी।उस समय इन्होंने मुझे फोन करके काफी हाथ पाव जोड़कर कॉम्पलैन वापस लेने के लिए मना लिया, पर वापस ये अपनी औकात पर आ गए है, इनकी पॉलिसी 15 दिन पहले बुकिंग की है, पर मेने 2 महीने पहले बुक के लिए apply किया है पर फिर भी ये पिछली बार की तरह मना कर रहे है,
इस बार मेने इनको कोर्ट का नॉटेस भेज दिया है, जिसकी कॉपी मे आप सभी को भेज रहा हु ताकि आप लोग भी उसी तरह अपना पैसा निकलवा सके। मेरे एक मिलने वाले ने इसने 50 हजार दिए थे, कोर्ट ने उसे 800000 का rifund कराया है, आप अपना मोबाईल नो। मुझे भेजे। मे आपको कॉपी दे दूंगा।

1 st of all we do not discuss about it, already send a consumer court notice to u,
As your knowledge i am asking, u did not given us 1st time country in hotel, 1st time u force me to take non star hotel, with was far 20 km from mussoorie, i call u many time or drop mail again and again . at last when we put a mail for the take action from consumer court, u bigged me to take that hotel,
1. room was in the basement in the hotel,
2.commitment breakfast or dinner but u did not give us dinner,
3 . u did not give me 3 days which I want, one day we take a hotel with own cost.
4, u commitment all the peck days for booking but from single day u denied it.
5 call minimum 100 calls for booking, or drop 100 mails for it. We did not get free of time from it.
6. Every time u force me to take non star hotels or cheep hotels, when take membership commitment 4 to 5 star hotels,

Forever we fired a notice to u consumer court, and we take will take double refund which i paid to u,

I am being harrased and fraudulent by park royal holidays they promise to give me booking
When they give me 1st booking they did so many issues and when I submitted for 2nd booking they again create issue so I did complaint on this site and due to that site they gave me booking and this time again I submitted request for 2 rooms they deny and assure for 1 room I agreed with bfast and dinner then they deny for dinner again so I am very harassed by them so please resolve my issue otherwise give me my money back

I have taken 3 years holiday package, before taking package whether they will provide room on new year weekend, i have sent booking details just after taking package in september, as per company policy you have inform atleast 45days earlier for peak season. Intially i have recieved mail you have to have pay 2500rs per night per person for gala dinner, my package already includes dinner still they want me to pay to 5000 per night for dinner. Now i have recieved mail that they cant provide boookings on desired dates due to peak season, i am doing bookings for 29th Dec to 3rd of January. Mr Vishal Sr. Executive never pick after payment process completed

they are big cheaters vishal inka manager khushali sankhala ek number ki fraud ladki aur hardika in logon ne 50 hjar loot liye inke baaap ka kya jata hai paise toh mere loot liye chain se nahi baithne dunga tumh logon ko mera number [protected] dont buy membership from them they have recently done many frauds so kindly beware

My membership number 12925 purchased after know about company bcoz of they keep on follow up, they said at the time of purchase membership they have 5 hotels in visakhapatnam
palm beach hotel
- the gateway hotel
- the park
- Fairfield by Marriott
- four point by Sheraton

I booked 60 days back now i got message after 20 days we dont have any affiliated properties at desired destination.

Really i was upset after paying huge amount i request you pls refund my amount immdiately or i will file case in consumber court

I request people pls do buy membership from this company chk properly be fore paying

The booking email was sent on 9th August but no response till now, even called multiple times but they just mentioned that you will get response but no response.

It’s really frustrating that no one responds to calls, customer care/sales representative/ NO ONE ..!!!

Now, I got response that the booking window is 45 days, & now booking is not possible. It;s CRAZY...!!!

In the month of June 23 company provided 1st booking confirmation at Massorrie. Booking voucher after several call n mail provided in the month of March. But the property was not as good as expected as committed by company. After that company assured me to XT booking must be up to mark. Hence I request for October booking at Jaipur in very soon in July after planning all.
Again only assurance bt no confirmation till date. I think n suggest to all before taking any company membership 1st assured by company that when in advance they confirm. This type of only assurance policy is not good. 2nd week of September also gone. Now new assurance is not good at this time.
I request company authorize representative talk to me unless like other I am bounded to go to consumer court. Don't misguide any members. We all taken for enjoyment bt not for tension.

Company give me holiday tour in Goa in next month, even only 5 days to left in tour timing.company has been not giving updated booking voucher, when ever I call to customer care they give me same answer last couple of times We will do the same in 24 48 hours.

Please no one joined the company because there sales team are totally fake even there admin department are fake
