In the month of June 23 company provided 1st booking confirmation at Massorrie. Booking voucher after several call n mail provided in the month of March. But the property was not as good as expected as committed by company. After that company assured me to XT booking must be up to mark. Hence I request for October booking at Jaipur in very soon in July after planning all.
Again only assurance bt no confirmation till date. I think n suggest to all before taking any company membership 1st assured by company that when in advance they confirm. This type of only assurance policy is not good. 2nd week of September also gone. Now new assurance is not good at this time.
I request company authorize representative talk to me unless like other I am bounded to go to consumer court. Don't misguide any members. We all taken for enjoyment bt not for tension.

The booking email was sent on 9th August but no response till now, even called multiple times but they just mentioned that you will get response but no response.

It’s really frustrating that no one responds to calls, customer care/sales representative/ NO ONE ..!!!

Park Royal holidays took 50000/- from me to give 3 years holiday for my family’s bot denied and not answering my emails

When I purchased the membership I was committed to give room in Srinagar ..after taking money they denied as room can’t be given . And was told to inform 2 months prior this was fine now I sent a mail on 4th of august to get room on month of October . I am not getting any reply in my mail after daily follow up in mail .
Will I get the services or you fool people...

They are not picking my phone, after logged my complain they move my membership on hold.
And if you say resolved against ur complain .then they will resume my services

Ye sab cheater hhe. Me police me complain karne wala hun.

Guys beware of this company..when they offer you membership they will offer all big things..stay in 4 star properties..people get trapped by their lucrative offers, I mean it looks good deal if I get 18 nights in 50k who will not take this offer?
Fact is this is all their fake commitments just to loot money from you. They have 45 days clause to intimate them in advance before you plan to book your rooms. Even if you go by this and agree to their term and conditions...first they will take time to reply on your email so you are stuck and can't plan as you are not sure if booking will be really provided, secondly they will reply saying that they have no inventory for dates that you requested for by taking excuse or black out dates, festive season etc., Thirdly even by some chance they provide you booking and ask you to confirm... it will be a cheap class hotel with no rating..so you are in no state to plan your travel..

They have a team who post fake good reviews so that new customer can be trapped as all o[censored]s to by good or bad reviews now a days...so check their 1 star review where you will find actual stories how they are harassing people. Such people should be put behind jail for breaching their clauses in offer letter, doing unethical business and under consumer rights act. Last time I was able to get 2 days booking for Shimla and that is almost with right of 1 year with them..where They first requested me to delete negative reviews and complaints...and threating me that no booking will be provided if I don't delete reviews and complaints. To name few people are their owner Prince Mehta who never replied...his team like Devyani, Ashish, sales person Saurav, Rekha..etc..all are paid to make people fool..
If you are local Gujrati..file a physical complaints in police station and register complaints against them.

They took 60k from me and made me wait for two months. They promised me for booking of 6 nights. I mailed two months ago and now told they can't give me due to inventory. They just take the money then show us company policy and rules. At the time of selling membership they make fake promises.
I am moving on legally now.

These guys are cheaters. I am going to logde a complaint against them. Company sales employee Saurav Shukla and Salman Sheikh cheated me by fake promises. Company made me wait for two months and did not give me the booking. I am moving on legally against company and employees both....

I recently became a member of Park Royal Holidays with high hopes of enjoying amazing vacations in Asia and Europe in Aug-2022. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I joined, the sales executive made numerous false promises that were never fulfilled.

Sales Executive Name: Asif (Emp Code: 103) who committed the fake promises.

Firstly, when I tried to book my holiday in Singapore more than six months in advance, I was informed that the inventory was not yet open. I chased a lot for 5 months (Oct-2022 to Feb-2023) and after that i tired.

Second Time(May-2023), I made another attempt two months in advance, as per their rules for Singapore again. Shockingly, I was told that there was no availability. This inconsistency and inability to provide the services they marketed is completely unacceptable.

Desperate for a resolution, I reached out to their reservation team, requesting a 4-night stay in Singapore based on their supposed availability. However, despite multiple attempts, they have not responded to my inquiries. The lack of communication and disregard for their customers is appalling.

I have all the proofs for the same.

Furthermore, when I requested a list of properties available in Europe for November 2023, Park Royal Holidays once again ignored my query. Their failure to provide basic information adds to my frustration and highlights their lack of professionalism.

I have exhausted all avenues of direct communication, and Park Royal Holidays has shown a complete disregard for their customers' concerns and needs. As a result, I am left with no choice but to share my experience and warn others about their misleading practices and poor customer service.

I urge anyone considering a membership with Park Royal Holidays to think twice. Their sales team makes grand promises that they simply cannot deliver on. The lack of transparency, unfulfilled commitments, and complete silence from their customer support team are clear indicators of a company that does not value its customers.

I hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid the frustration and disappointment I have endured. Park Royal Holidays needs to be held accountable for their actions, and I am actively exploring legal options to seek a refund or compensation for the unfulfilled promises and the significant inconvenience caused.

I took the membership in Mar-2023. When I tried to do booking for 1st time I got the reply stating it's a vacation time and all rooms are booked and asked me to book after July. So I dropped a mail in April 1st week for the July mid. I got the reply stating that booking will be confirmed by May end. After sub-sequent follow up in the month of Jun, on Jun 5 I got a reply stating that all rooms are booked and have asked me to book rooms after Aug 15. It looks like some sort of scam or fraud. I've already lodged a complaint in https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/. Hope these kind of fraud companies don't exist in India and I'm going to proceed legally and will ensure that these people don't cheat anyone further.
