They didn't not provide booking, they just make fool customer, I recommend to all customers don't buy the membership of this company...

This is company first invite you for presentation in hotel and offer for free dinner. After getting membership, all committeemen / agreement/ policy breach easily.
please do not go for membership.
All their executives left the job immediately who present at the time of purchase of membership.
Don't obey for continue membership please please demand to refund your money....

This is completely fraud company. please please please do not buy any membership them. They only play fraud game with you.

I have tried since last 6/7 months for booking but always they excused me every time.

Their excused are we have not property, Our booking is full, we will let you know while opening inventory, our tie up is not with this and that hotels Etc.

Don't make time waste of customers, please update proper details in call. Please trained your staff how to speak with customers.

In invitation please provide complaint details also, if any have to complaint then he or she complaint to you regarding this stupid meeting and invitation.

We have membership since 2021 and have never been able to successfuly book a stay. They have never tried to get in touch or revert back with a positive answer. All they ask is to change your vacation date. I never seen a travel agency that asks you to take vacation when they want. Have tried contacting them several times but didn't work out. Going to lodge a complaint soon....

Those people do not pick up the phone

Going to Goa gives 1 day if you book 4 day
Not giving an answer properly
After the booking is done, you will get a 1day hotel
Even if it was said 109 days ago

Park Royal Holidays is Fraud company
They're not yet giving me holidays since last 2 yrs.
Every time they are giving me different reasons when I asked for booking before 45 days.
Don't fall in Trap

Do not purchase any plan for this company
no body pickup phone after getting money
give 3rd class hotels when purchase plan committed 4-5* hotels.
Not proper response

They offer 10 nights and in envelop I get 1 night
No one pick up call I have 3 to 4 numbers but no one answering
This looks clear scam to people like me who don't know about this

Royal park holiday making fools of people and it's looking like to be a big scam of tourism industry . I'm going to lodge a compliant in all department related to tourism industry like consumer forum and Gujrat tourism . Customer support team very rudely and not satisfying response from there end. At the time of booking lot of commitment from there side but at the time of delivery they failed . Don't buy any membership from them .

After several attempts of booking for 5 nights the company does not respond.once you buy membership you don't even know which hotels and dates can be reserved.Even if you tell the company to book even three months advance they don't respond.If you call them they say they don't know about reservations and say it's a different department.If ask number of reservation department they don't have it.None of the members have...

They called me to sell a holiday membership and offered 4-star hotels for 3 years. When I was paying, I asked if they dealt with specific hotels, and they said yes. So, I took the membership. However, when I requested a booking almost 2 months in advance, they said that the hotel inventory would only open 3 weeks before my stay. They promised to provide the hotel options then, but even after several reminders, they only offered me the cheapest 4-star hotel, which I'm not happy with. I posted a review on Google about my experience, and now they're forcing me to delete it before providing me with a hotel stay. My review simply stated that they promised one thing and provided a different option, and I'm not happy with the service.
I have decided to compromise by accepting the hotel stay for one night, but I do not appreciate the threat you made to me. You told me that if I wanted the hotel stay, I needed to remove my review, which is not acceptable. My review did not mention that I was not given any service. Instead, I simply stated that I expected better services based on the commitments made while selling the packages. However, I was provided with a low-standard 4-star hotel instead of the high-standard hotel as per the commitment.

to buy the membership will say sir mera kaam to
membership sale katna tha, aap booking ke liye letter main diye reservation number pe call karein if you have any issue...when you call on provided...

The company is a huge scam...they won’t give you the bookings or listen to you once you buy their membership. I have been invited to the event organised by them. I have been cheated by park royal holiday pvt ltd I bought 10-year membership. This is a fraud company. They give membership on the pretext of EMI and get them swiped by credit card in advance of all money after wards no one picks up the phone for booking. I called Mr. Dip sangani for booking who sold me membership, but he is not taking call for booking. It’s good that I have all the call, video & Mail records. After many follow ups & Cancel diu booking and we face many difficulties with family after reaching diu. Food voucher is not given at time of requirement which was purchased in packages, do not waste your hard earned income on these. they will make big big promises but when you will proceed for booking they will say you have to make booking at least 20-30 days before your planned date and when you will give them 30-40 days they will say hotel lists are not yet open they will open 5-7 days prior to your booking date and once that date will come they will blame you for one or other reason.
Also if you will say this was said by your selling boy then they will say ok i am arranging you a call you but you will never get any call and again they will keep on blaming you for one or other reason.
Need refund of my membership at the earliest

You have pushed me a lot and wasted a lot of my time asking you for my hard earned money refund.Due to this I have suffered mental and physical illness of the disease of high blood pressure and thyroid and headache problem.
For that I am seeking damages against you for defamation and mental harassment I demand compensation which has been proved as my right.
For this i demand park royal holidays Pvt ltd. to pay me compensation of rs.60000/-
