Membership I'd 11279 . booking for Uttrakhand bt not booked by company inspite of prior information of 45 days. Still date no booking voucher. I think company cheating. Reviews r seem to be fake.

Kindly do needful action and avoid such occurrence in future

I was sold a 3 year membership in 2022. I have been chasing to get a booking since October 2022 and till date (i.e. March 2023) I have not been given any booking. The customer care is pathetic and reservation team is very rude. There is no way to talk to any senior or anyone in reservation department. Zero star...Worst fraud company I have ever come across.

All the good reviews here seem bought or posted by friends.

We made a mistake not to do homework by checking feedback or complaints against them online. We have been invited to the event organised by them. During the meeting, their manager Deep Sanghani asked for my credit card to check the offer. But he did the fraudulent transaction of Rs 60000 without my consent. Later, he gave his membership application form saying that it can be cancelled any time. He promised that during the verification call the next day, you can cancel the application. But all the promises and commitments they made during presentations are fake. Now, they are not responding to phones or emails.

We also came to know about more than 20 people who have lost their money. They made an advance payment for the holidays and since then nobody has responded to them properly.

There are so many people waiting for their holidays or refunds...!

These people or the company are simply of no use...forget about standards or customer service.

BEWARE...they offer real lucrative deals but DONT FALL FOR IT...!!

You are never going to get any hotel. When you ask for a hotel..first they will ask you to inform them well in advance of 45 days and at last they will make excuse of black out dates..they have no tie ups with any hotel, they show all 4 star hotels in their list to make customers feel good and have confidence in them. It is a scam. Stay away from such fraudsters.

Check online complaints against this company also.

Now, we are taking legal actions for section defamation and fraud against them.

I have buy their membership. My membership ID 12238. They promise me at the time to buying the membership that they provide me holidays of 5 nights and 6 days every. And my membership term is 3 years. They only provide me only 1 holiday of 3 nights at the time of buying the membership. And now whenever I request them to give me holidays they made excuses and told that we have no inventory on your dates. Please change your dates...

Saurav sukla (sales person) has done fraudulent transaction of 49500 rs from my credit card in the event they have arranged. I want my money back.
Initially they told me that they are trying to check best possible offer from my card, and did the transaction without my consent.

Booking not confirmed since 6 month.they are totally fraud

I have the membership of park royal holidays membership no 11756 with booking amount of Rs 100000/-.as per policy document they are bound to give complimentary trip to coorg.i booked before 6 month, still today I didn't receive my flight ticket.

Yet i have not received my refund money.
These company is cheated to many customers.
Many innocent peoples are involved in it.
Their staff is not given proper reply.many times i went to sg highway office WESTAGATE bay many times.but they are not giving me refund.
So now i will file a case against them.under section defamation and fraud in police station against company staff and owner with name devyanshi Damor, darshan wadher, jignesh leuva, Sagar leuva.

Don't know where to start from..? Sharing my I'd 11057. Good reviews here are fake and paid ones. Company owner is Prince Mehta and some Hansa Ben and operated from Gujrat.
On the basis of good fake reviews, innocent customers get trapped by these fraudsters. They will never give you booking confirmation even if you intimate them 45 days in advance as per their condition. Excuses will be black out dates and will take weeks to finally tell you this. Hotels that they show in their inventory actually have no tie ups with this company. I have list of inventory and can send that if someone wants. In their inventory they will show all 4 star hotels to impress customer. You will never be able to talk to any senior person on customer care no. it's always some stupid lady sitting at customer care number that will tell you that reservation team will respond back via email.
In nutshell, don't know how many customers they would have been able to make a fool of till now by having fake reviews posted. Keep away from such fraudsters, money they you pay them as membership fee will go in vain as what they promise in their offer letter, they are not able to commit on those lines. Don't get trapped. Better to book at your own rather than wasting money in such scams. My name is Mahender Kumar and no. is [protected]. There are other that I know who are victims of this company. I am also going to file a case against them as they are breaching contract services commitments in their offer letter. I have not been able to consume even a single night till date as it's a fraud company. I will request others who are victims of this company to pls. come forward and get this company exposed so that others are not trapped also file case against this company. Few names like Rekha, Saurav shulka who are from sales and of no use.

to buy the membership will say sir mera kaam to

I bought membership of park royal holidays and paid 35000 for the same, after 1 month i asked for booking hotels in two different location for 2 nights 60 days advance. They are not even providing any options of hotels only asking to send mails and mails no one is ready to talk on phone call only u can send mail and wait for their mail that we dont have hotel at particular dated.

I have already mailed to park royal holidays for charge back credit reference number but they still not provide the charge back credit in my credit card account
My bank is asking for charge back credit reference number but still i have not received chargeback credit in my creditcard account.so request for do the needful

They are providing free dinner in some hotel in Ahmedabad area and giving special offer for the day. Which is fake. I have wasted 40000 Rs on 19th Jan 2023. Please contact me [protected] if you get a call from them for the free dinner in Gujarat. Pls don't go for these offers since this is totally fake and nothing is going to happen from next day of booking. They will not pick up the calls at all...

Purchased membership from them!! After sales service is so poor!! Response is non existent!! Calling them is so cumbersome!! Noone is accountable!! Promised 4/5 star properties.. giving cheapest dirty filthy worst properties of any city after month long painful follow up!! Refund my membership fees as you are unable to provide services as committed!! Also should be charged for fraud!!
