માંપરત જમા કરાવેતે બાબતેકડક કાર્યવાહી કરવા વિશેની ફરિયાદ કરું છું તો આપ સાહેબશ્રી મારી આ ફરિયાદ
સાંભળી નેયોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવા વિનંતી છે.

I took membership worth 40, 000 and paid that too. I was supposed to receive registration details but until now no action has been taken. Neither are they replying on email nor are they responding to any phone, msgs or whatsapp. Clearly this is a fraud company running online scams

We purchased the membership for three years worth 54000 on Aug 11, 2022. but the company is not providing us any type of service. They dont reply to our emails on their official email address... Nor do they reply to our calls...We have been trying to get reservation for last 2.5 months... but no response...The company is misselling the membership and not keeping up the promises

I have purchased their 3 year holiday membership (total 17 nights) worth ₹35000.00, Initally i have paid ₹17500.00 (50%) and the balance payment was to be paid after the first holiday completion.
I have paid my 50% membership amount on 28/09/22 and I have made request for my first holiday reservation on 29/09/22 and got a reply that i will get update on my request within 24-48 hours, but it's been 4 days and I have not received the response from their side.
I am trying to call their sales executive (who sold me that membership) Mr Parth nayar, but he also not answering my calls, i talked to customer care executive on [protected] and she asking me to wait 2-3 weeks for holiday confirmation, as per my knowledge the hotel booking process takes only few minutes or few hours but they are asking me to wait for 2-3 weeks as I have planned my holiday on first week of November-22
I am feeling cheated, kindly take necessary action against them.

Members experience team, based on my discussion with Divyanshi, since you are unable to provide any reservation for any dates or agreed and documented by your sales team (I have all documentation and call recording available with me where your sales team had agreed to provide me 15 nights booking in one go on those agreed dates only and post which membership was purchased), as you are unable to deliver what your sales team has committed, you will have to refund me entire membership fee of 53100 INR.

I cant have expected worse experience than this what I have gone through with you all in last 12 days, it was so painful and mental harassment for me. I assume you realize the pain and mental harassment I am going through and you wont take this lightly. I am requesting you to initiate refund of membership fee as i cant take metal harassment anymore and i don't expect anymore excuses. If you unable to initiate refund process then i will take my further steps as I will feel suitable however you should realize the pain i had to go through and take this request on a priority bases as a responsible company

I am Ankur Bhadani I have been cheated by park royal holiday pvt ltd i bought 3 year membership on 11-sep-2022 on promotional offer they give me 18 nights and 21 days welcome later and free goa trip with 3nights
And 4 days, whenever I tried to reservation of my booking of goa trip I mailed on 23-sep-2022 they take 4 days to check availability and not giving me proper answer from costumer care after so much torchering finally reply...

Park royal Team has made a fraudulent sales, they promised to provide hotel booking as per my needs but after receiving payment they stopped responding to emails and calls. Their reservation team just asks for changing my plan dates, holiday destination and then respond with no availability. I have got everything documented before buying this membership including my travel dates, hotel names and availability. Everything was agreed and documented with their sales team (I have all documentation and call recording available with me) but they just don't respond.

They are unable to deliver what they promised and hence they will have to refund me entire membership fee of INR 53100.

I cant have expected worse experience than this, what I have gone through with Park Royal Holiday's team, is pathetic and worst customer experience. It was so painful and literally mental harassment. Complaining on behalf of a fellow friend, who made the booking.
We booked through park royal holidays as they were offering good packages. They took advance of INR50, 000. We asked to book for a future date and were given excuses to pick another date for booking. We tried contacting them multiple times but got nothing but excuses. Later they stopped receiving our calls. Our money is stuck with them and we feel helpless. Many other people have also been their victims, after searching a little found similar complaints against them.
Please take strict action against them.

No one picking phone.taken membership almost 7 months ago.they are giving assurance only.nobody replying.even if providing booking.it is of cheapest quality

I have taken 3 years membership of Park Royal Holidays . In this offer they have to provide hotels in various locations in India and international . I am following from last 1 months for my booking . they are not answering of my mail and not pick the my call. They have taken 75000 money and cheated with me.

बड़े दुख के साथ लिखना पड़ रहा है कि मुझे आपकी कंपनी में मेंबरशिप लिए हुए लगभग 5 माह हो चुके हैं लेकिन मेरे बार-बार रिक्वेस्ट डालने के बाद भी आपने कोई रूम अवेलेबल अभी तक नहीं करवाया है । हमने आपके यहां दो आईडी ली लेकिन किसी भी आईडी में आपने होटल रिसोर्ट बुक नहीं किया, इससे लगता है कि आप पूर्वाग्रह से ग्रस्त हैं एवं ऑनलाइन फ्रॉड की संभावना पूरी लग रही है आपका कोई भी मेंबर कस्टमर केयर पर या रिजर्वेशन टीम में सटीक जवाब नहीं दे पा रहा है । इससे हम क्या समझें हम आपसे लगभग 200 घंटे बाद कर चुके हैं लेकिन आपने कोई रूम अवेलेबल नहीं कराया सिर्फ एक बार आपने ₹500 का रूम अवेलेबल कराया जिसको हमने रिजेक्ट कर दिया था और यह बड़े दुख का विषय है कि आपके काउंसलर जब सदस्यता देते हैं तो बड़ी मीठी मीठी चुपड़ी चुपड़ी बातें करते हैं लेकिन मेंबरशिप लेने के बाद कोई सीधे मुंह बात नहीं करता है आपसे निवेदन है कि आप भविष्य में सदस्यों को इस प्रकार ना परेशान करें आप अपने बोर्ड ऑफ डायरेक्टर से भी कभी बात नहीं कराते हैं हमने 200 बार आपसे शिकायत की लेकिन आपने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया बड़े दुख का विषय है ₹100000 की फ्रॉड करके आपको क्या मिलेगा । इतनी गंदी कंपनी हमने कभी नहीं देखी ना ही कभी जीवन में सोचा, भविष्य में आप किसी के साथ ऐसी फ्रॉड बाजी ना करें जब आपके पास कोई रूम अवेलेबल है ही नहीं तो आप नई मेंबरशिप क्यों दे रहे हैं । यह बड़ा दुख का विषय है ऐसी फ्रॉड बाजी से बचाएं । दुनिया को आप अपनी शर्तों पर सदस्य को बनाते हैं जो अच्छा नहीं है आप के मेंबर आपके कस्टमर केयर पर मैंने 200 बार फोन किया किसी भी फोन का कोई रिप्लाई नहीं आया कोई मैसेज का रिप्लाई नहीं दिया गया है हमने 30 दिन पहले रूम बुक कराया आपने नहीं दिया हमने 45 दिन पहले रूम बुक कराया आपने नहीं दिया हमने 10 दिन पहले रूम बुक कराया आपने नहीं दिया । आप 3 साल में 18 नाइट कैसे देंगे यह हमें पता नहीं लग रहा है। आप ₹50000 हङप भी लेंगे तो उससे दुनिया नहीं चलेगी आपने पूरे देश पर ऐसी फ्रॉड बाजी का जाल बिछाया है आपकी चंगुल में 50 लोग फंस जाते हैं उनमें से मैं भी एक हूं आपके कस्टमर केयर पर कोई संतोषप्रद जवाब कभी नहीं दिया जाता है सिर्फ इतना कहा जाता है कि रिवर्ट कॉल आएगा जो शायद आज तक एक भी रिवर्ट कॉल मेरे फोन पर नहीं आया।

I have taken 3 years membership of Park Royal Holidays . In this offer they have to provide hotels in various locations in India . I raised booking request 3 times earlier they always suggest to changing a dates and even destination, when I agree for change in destination they regularly chages dates . And now on 3 August I raise 1 new request for 5 days stay in goa before 1 month
I got 1 email from park royal holiday they can provide only 2 days hotel stay. & they gave 1 option only but initially during time of purchase they said they will provide multiple option. They have taken money and cheated with me

I have taken 3 years membership of Park Royal Holidays. In this offer they have to provide hotels in various locations in India on 9 Months EMI Plan but my bank charged whole amount in a single transaction.

I am following from last 3 days after received credit card bill but they are not responding properly. even sales person have left his job who assist me at the time of booking. They have taken money and cheated with me.

Need refund of my membership at the earliest.

While taking membership they said we will provide J Merriott like property and after taking membership when i try to book my Holidays they Says unavailabilty for Desire Dates so i change my Date still they Telling me Same issue after that i told them Give me Avilable Dates i will plan mynHoliday on That, They Said wait in Hour we will Provide tou Dates, now this Conversation Done before 5-6 days now they are Not Receiving my Calls

Worst Experience! Guys don't waste your money with them they will make big big promises but when you will proceed for bookin they will say you have to make booking atleast 20 days before your planned date and when you will give them 20 days they will say hotel lists are not yet open they will open 5-7 days prior to your booking date and once that date will come they will blame you for one or other reason.
Also if you will say this was said by your selling boy Rahul then they will say ok i am arranging you a call you but you will never get any call and again they will keep on blaming you for one or other reason.

So guys never go with them they are the worst service provider. I have wasted my 10k on them that was my mistake alse other positive comments are fake they are commented by thier staff and their people.
