This company is just entertain you before membership after buy membership they even bother to call you and pick your call.pls things many time before buy a membership, they promise the best service and facilities before membership, after membership, they don't respond and don't provide a booking and their sales Manager Mr. Rahul tiwari and not pick up call and resolve your query. At the time of membership they promises so much things but after buy membership they even bother to pick the call and they talk on only mail.
I buy membership and booking Room in Delhi for my visit. Firstly they given hotel in very far from my working location, I request them to book hotel in main delhi in 23-25feb but they was giving room in mahipalpur it's so far from main delhi. After I accepted they giving two star hotel even they promises to given only four and five star hotel. They mention that hotel was four star but actually standard was two star. I called them from hotel but they didn't picked the call. In hotel, I was uncomfortable. It's better we giving so much money to them we booked five-star hotel self. They just ask but not do fullfill. In breakfast just one options parantha and curd and cool poha. We are frequently travel all over India throughout year and stay at 4 and 5 star property but they forced us to without no choice at that time to stay in low class hotel.
