I have been trying to make a booking and everytime I ask for a booking I am told that the inventory is completely sold.

When I highlighted that it is a common pattern at their end and I will file a complaint this is the exact response I got from the reservations department.

"We would like to inform you that, as per trail mail you ask for booking because you have paid 41, 500/- so that kind your information's we provided 6 nights bookings already. so your choice what you do because as per the park royal holidays availability is sold out till may."

Look at the Language and the tone of the customer service department. also the claim of 6 days is wrong as I had cancelled one booking but still they marked it as nights consumed.

There are no phone numbers to talk to anyone in reservation. The customer service number is non responsive.

Its a completely fraud organization and I will not recommend anyone to buy their membership or do any bookings with them.

I had placed a request on 1st January 2024 to book a hotel for 16th February 2024 but Park Royal Holidays did not provide me any booking on those days. They didn't book me any resorts on my dates. He refused to give the resort for two-three days. They said that if you change the date then we will give you the resort for three-four days. Now I want booking for 9th March 2024 but Park Royal Holidays is still refusing and saying that you should book after May 2024. Then we will give booking. I have made every possible effort for booking but the company is not booking in any form. My coupon has 10 nights left in 1 year, how will I complete it? The company is doing absolutely wrong. I also lodged a complaint on India Complaint Portal but no one is interested, I also emailed the Member Experience of Park Royal Holidays but there was no solution for this either.
Is there any owner of this company, is there any director who looks into this type of complaint. How can the company owners be so harsh? A customer is being harassed by not providing service and no hearing is being done. The aim of the company is only to earn money and not to satisfy the customer. When the complaint is not being resolved even on the India Complaint Portal, then will the law pay attention to it? This is how the hard-earned money of the customers is being looted and the owners of the company are sleeping soundly. No one knows who is the owner of the company, what is his name, where does he live. No one knows who the Directorate Board is and where it is. Ever since I have taken membership, I am being harassed and lies are being spread that I have given three-four nights continuously but the truth is that I have never given more than two nights. Sometimes the company asks to reduce the days and sometimes asks to change the date, it is just acting like its own boss and does not listen to the customer.
What is the point of any kind of complaint portal in India when any kind of problem or customer is not heard and yes this has happened not only with me but with many people. No action is being taken against anyone, what kind of law is this? If the company does not want to provide any kind of facility then why do not they give refund and why are they taking curses from poor people. It takes 5 years for a poor man to save ₹50000 and such companies cheat him of his hard-earned money. I am not being talked to by the company manager. Nor is any problem being solved. Just getting frustrated as a customer. Is there no one in the country to look into this complaint?

I bought a membership of Park Royal Holidays, Ahmedabad. I paid 70000 Rs for five years and 30 nights. They told me to book before 45 days and I booked before 60 days still they told me to wait and now told that they can give me only two nights.
Even didnt send me the list of hotels. Sales representative made fake promises and customer care representative showed just lack of inventory and rules of the comapny. It is a scam and cheating. Everybody should file complaint against them

I strongly advise against purchasing a membership from this company. Despite sending a reservation request 90 days in advance, they have informed me that they will only update the booking details in the first week of March, and even then, it is subject to availability.
