Company give me holiday tour in Goa in next month, even only 5 days to left in tour timing.company has been not giving updated booking voucher, when ever I call to customer care they give me same answer last couple of times We will do the same in 24 48 hours.

Please no one joined the company because there sales team are totally fake even there admin department are fake

Took 50000/- money fro me on July 2022 to provide 17 night 18 days holidays for 3 years but not giving any holidays and cheated...

Park Royal holidays took 50000/- from me to give 3 years holiday for my family’s bot denied and not answering my emails...

They are not picking my phone, after logged my complain they move my membership on hold.
And if you say resolved against ur complain .then they will resume my services
....

they are a fraud company which promises you bookings for the hotels and they never give you any bookings and runs a scam...

I took the membership in Mar-2023. When I tried to do booking for 1st time I got the reply stating it's a vacation time and all rooms are booked and asked me to book after July. So I dropped a mail in April 1st week for the July mid. I got the reply stating that booking will be confirmed by May end. After sub-sequent follow up in the month of Jun, on Jun 5 I got a reply stating that all rooms are booked and have asked me to book rooms after...

Those people do not pick up the phone
Whatever we do
Going to Goa gives 1 day if you book 4 day
Not giving an answer properly
After the booking is done, you will get a 1day hotel
Even if it was said 109 days ago
The policy has 45 days before
No reply from him
I want the money back!

Park Royal Holidays is Fraud company
They're not yet giving me holidays since last 2 yrs.
Every time they are giving me different reasons when I asked for booking before 45 days.
Don't fall in Trap...

They called me to sell a holiday membership and offered 4-star hotels for 3 years. When I was paying, I asked if they dealt with specific hotels, and they said yes. So, I took the membership. However, when I requested a booking almost 2 months in advance, they said that the hotel inventory would only open 3 weeks before my stay. They promised to provide the hotel options then, but even after several reminders, they only offered me the cheapest...

to buy the membership will say sir mera kaam to
membership sale katna tha, aap booking ke liye letter main diye reservation number pe call karein if you have any issue...when you call on provided...

You have pushed me a lot and wasted a lot of my time asking you for my hard earned money refund.Due to this I have suffered mental and physical illness of the disease of high blood pressure and thyroid and headache problem.
For that I am seeking damages against you for defamation and mental harassment I demand compensation which has been proved as my right.
For this i demand park royal holidays Pvt ltd. to pay me compensation...

no any booking till date but only assurance. I think I am cheated by the concerned. either the service provider provide service to their shown property on site to me to call off review or may kindly refund my money.

I have already mailed to park royal holidays for charge back credit reference number but they still not provide the charge back credit in my credit card account
My bank is asking for charge back credit reference number but still i have not received chargeback credit in my creditcard account.so request for do the needful...

Purchased membership from them!! After sales service is so poor!! Response is non existent!! Calling them is so cumbersome!! Noone is accountable!! Promised 4/5 star properties.. giving cheapest dirty filthy worst properties of any city after month long painful follow up!! Refund my membership fees as you are unable to provide services as committed!! Also should be charged for fraud!!...
