This is Umasankar Das I have booked my package with this company. But still I didn’t get any response on this package. when they want to sell there package they were calling me regularly. But now I have booked my package. They are not responding well with me. And staff is very poor. They are not getting touch me with there senior. And they are only misguiding me. I have send a mail for my upcoming booking for Goa for 5 nights...

While taking the membership, the provided brochure had a lot of 5-star Hotels listed but while making the reservations, those locations were missing or the Hotels are non tied up now., ...

Is this any kind of joke on-going...here?

They don't provide booking, I took membership, but they don't respond and don't provide booking, I submitted 3rd time complaint, they promised last time that we will provide u best booking but now they don't respond, mantin, dhananjay where are u both .pls refund my payment, I can't run with u and ur company, so pls close my membership and refund my payment...

Now When I want to book goa for 6 night they say that only 2 night we can give
I three times mail ago but that time they said that you have book before 45 days
Always they try to cancel your trip u can't arrange at your convenient time...

Plz don't buy these packages. They make fool. They are not giving any proper response to the customers. While taking membership they make very big promises about holidays and bookings but after that when we go for bookings or we mail to the reservation desk they Don’t give any replies to your booking.
Name of sales women khushali, she promised many big things but she don't pick up the fn.
Plz plz don't buy these packages....

They are big cheaters vishal inka manager khushali sankhala ek number ki fraud ladki aur hardika in logon ne 50 hjar loot liye inke baaap ka kya jata hai paise toh mere loot liye chain se nahi baithne dunga tumh logon ko mera number [protected] dont buy membership from them they have recently done many frauds so kindly beware...

I filed a complaint and got a call from Mr Dhananjay, he assured that he will resolve the issue and ask me to take the complaint back . I took the complaint back and was about to get the voucher on 26th sept’23 .
But there is no reply from the team and now Mr Dhananjay is also not answering the call …
someone else picked the call and started misbehaving.

It is to infoem you that vishal and muskaan promised me to give confirmation of my membership as well as hotel booking ie Ramada plaza mumbai on Saturday ie 23/9/23 itself. But after receiving 59000/- through upi Vishal simply started avoiding my calls and till now he hasn't picked up any of my call and not even replied to any of my messages. Muskaan is also making fool of me and played fraud with me.

I was given 3 star Hotel to stay in AMR, instead 4 or 5 star in the city.

Dirty room, VERY poor Service in the Hotel.

The worst part, the Park Royal Holidays did not pay the room charges to the Hotel & the Hotel was keep insulting/embarrassing me in front of the other Guests to reach out the Travel agent to settle the amount before check out.

You are requested to give my claim amount rs.60000 for compensation for defamation and metal stress agony....
