My membership is showing inventory only in 4*/5* property only & complementary offer- "4 night 5 days complimentary Dubai/Maldives/Bali (any one) 2 way flight for 2 adults
& with Breakfast and Dinner + Membership With Breakfast And Dinner".
based on my discussion with Divyanshi/Juile/Dharanjay/Dharshan from last 2 years, since you are unable to provide any reservation for any dates on respective commitment 4* & 5* property from last 2 years. or agreed and documented by your sales team (I have all documentation available with me where your Members experience team had agreed to provide me only 4* & 5* property only & complimentary international travel for Maldives/Dubai/Bali in your membership timeline ), as you are unable to deliver what your have promised over the email & phone, you will have to refund me entire membership fee of 260000 INR.
I cant have expected worse experience than this what I have gone through with you all in last 2 years, it was so painful and mental harassment for me. I assume you realize the pain and mental harassment I am going through and you wont take this lightly. I am requesting you to initiate refund of membership fee as i cant take metal harassment anymore and i don't expect anymore excuses. If you unable to initiate refund process then i will take my further steps as I will feel suitable however you should realize the pain i had to go through and take this request on a priority bases as a responsible company Was this information helpful? |
