Park Royal Holidays Pvt Ltd — Asked me to click resolve but has not given voucher

Membership is : 12765
I filed a complaint and got a call from Mr Dhananjay, he assured that he will resolve the issue and ask me to take the complaint back . I took the complaint back and was about to get the voucher on 26th sept’23 .
But there is no reply from the team and now Mr Dhananjay is also not answering the call …
someone else picked the call and started misbehaving.
After making multiple calls, got to know Mr Dhanajay is on leave and They are still asking to wait till 10th October ….and I was suppose to get the room from 7 th to 10th oct ..
After returning from the destination what will I do with the room ??????.
This was the third incidence we have not got the booking .
