Park Royal Holidays Pvt Ltd — Fake promises and harrasing

I am really fed up from their services before that I already submitted complaints 3 times on your site and they request to post resolve with some negotiable promises bit again they garras me with their service I booked 1 day stay for family for may in March they said post before 45 days so I post accordingly and they said we gave you option in first week of April and now they said we have only 1 room foe 2 adults and without dinner even I have an package with dinner and bfast and they gave me worst options of only 2 hotels and said you have only 2 hours to reply I am completely harrased by them give me good quality standard hotels or else give me my money back otherwise I need to file a police complaint against them
