I have booked my package with park royal on 25th dec 2022.

Package is will get 4-5* property I will get with breakfast and Dinner.

Till now I have requested many time but they never full fill my request.

If I request for 5 nights they provide 1 or 2 nights that is also with 3* or lover property also without dinner.

I have try to book before 45 days they sold inventory sold out.

I try to book in non season they reply inventory sold out.

Also it is big headache everytime call them or mail 4-5 times than also will not get proper reply.

I would like to get my money back and compensation as I have suffered a lot even after spending 40k.
