After waiting for 2 months, I was not expecting the response that the booking is not possible as 45 window is not met.

Are you guys CRAZY... the first booking email was sent on 9th AUG, WHY you guys didn't mentioned that it's not possible... NOW last moment, the responding that the BOOKING IS NOT POSSIBLE!!!...

Park royal holiday very big fraud company of travel industry, they just making fool customer, they don't provide booking, they promised me, they will provide booking very easily, but they don't provide, they make new reason every booking time, I have lot of problems with park royal, .

Took 50000/- money fro me on July 2022 to provide 17 night 18 days holidays for 3 years but not giving any holidays and cheated...

My member ID is 12765 .
When I purchased the membership I was committed to give room in Srinagar ..after taking money they denied as room can’t be given . And was told to inform 2 months prior this was fine now I sent a mail on 4th of august to get room on month of October . I am not getting any reply in my mail after daily follow up in mail .
Will I get the services or you fool people...

They took 60k from me and made me wait for two months. They promised me for booking of 6 nights. I mailed two months ago and now told they can't give me due to inventory. They just take the money then show us company policy and rules. At the time of selling membership they make fake promises.
I am moving on legally now.

These guys are cheaters. I am going to logde a complaint against them. Company sales employee Saurav Shukla and Salman Sheikh cheated me by fake promises. Company made me wait for two months and did not give me the booking. I am moving on legally against company and employees both....

Park royal holidays Ahmedabad is a fraud company . It makes fool to the customers after taking membership . They always give you excuse not booking when you call or mail for the booking .it's a fraud company and I am going to lodge a complaint to Gujarat Government, tourism ministry, ministry of coy affairs and other departments....

Membership I'd 11279. booking for Uttrarkhand bt not booked by company inspite of prior information of 45 days. Still date no booking voucher. I think company cheating. Reviews r seem to be fake.
Kindly do needful action and avoid such occurrence in future

And my membership term is 3 years. They only provide me only 1 holiday of 3 nights at the time of buying the membership. And now whenever I request them to give me holidays they made excuses and told that we have no inventory on your dates. Please change your dates...

I am Ankur Bhadani I have been cheated by park royal holiday pvt ltd i bought 3 year membership on 11-sep-2022 on promotional offer they give me 18 nights and 21 days welcome later and free goa trip with 3nights
And 4 days, whenever I tried to reservation of my booking of goa trip I mailed on 23-sep-2022 they take 4 days to check availability and not giving me proper answer from costumer care after so much torchering finally reply...

I have taken 3 years membership of Park Royal Holidays . In this offer they have to provide hotels in various locations in India . I am following from last 1.5 months for my booking . they are regularly changing dates and even destination, when I agree for change in destination they regularly chages dates . And at last they have refused for booking .they have taken money and cheated with me...

I have taken this membership of Park Royal holidays through their sales team Sahil Patel and Rahul (mobile no: +[protected], +[protected]. At the time of taking selling membership their agent told me that they will provide booking and o have given them the dates along with destination and he’s said it is available and he will provide. After paying for membership, immediately they denied that booking cannot be provided as per their policy and blah blah. It was looking fraud but I chose to give them another chance and did not book at that time but I a day or two i had planned another vacation after 2 months and asked for booking on which they revered that they will revert after 15 days and will provide booking. However now after 15 days they are saying at this location they will not give booking and o should plan vacation for some other place. So technically what o can understand is that they seem to have done fraud and never provides booking what they sale, u have all the email and chats recorded can provide if required.

I have been trying to book 3 nights for 6 people for the last 6 months but park is continuously denying my booking request. I have to change 3 time my date and location just because park royal holidays excuses and they provides the irresponsible excuse to not have inventory for desired location and subject to availability. Even customer care is not responding properly. when I do request for booking, park replies with excuse like the inventory not available for desired date and for location.

The company branch is located on sg highway, Ahmedabad.
I have paid full amount for the park royal holidays membership.
The park royal holidays service is disgusting. I got an email from park royal holidays and in that email, park informed me that your membership is on hold because you are spreading rumours but I have written in google reviews based on my personal experience. I have all proof of nonsense excuses and back and forth emails.
Guys, please learn and be aware before buying any amount for membership as I have seen many reviews and I personally connected with many members those who are suffering the issues by park royal holidays. I will definitely take the legal action against the company.

I was continuously convincing to provide me 3 night 6 prople booking till my last day of trib start date but park is continuously denying me to provide my booking. This is last incident but mostly time they start with excuses.

Be aware and guys send me your contact number and email id. This needs to be done as soon as possible so we can save other peoples out there.

offered membership of Rs.60000/- with 48 EMI of 1250/- But Not from Credit Card Every Month 2400/- EMI is coming and they did not Provide any kind of hotel booking also.

I deeply regret trusting Park Royal Holidays with my money. I paid ₹47, 000 for a 3-year membership, expecting quality service and reliable support. Instead, all I’ve received is frustration and a complete lack of professionalism. They lure customers with grand promises of "hassle-free vacations, " but once you’re locked into their contract, you’re left in the dark.

Every time I’ve tried to book a reservation, I’ve either been ignored or met with excuses. Their support is non-existent — they don’t answer calls, and emails go unanswered. It’s clear they have no intention of honoring the services they claim to provide. I’ve wasted time, energy, and a significant amount of money, and I’m left with nothing but frustration and regret.

Park Royal Holidays is running a complete scam, preying on customers with fake assurances and zero follow-through. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and unethical. I urge everyone to stay far away from this company if you value your hard-earned money and peace of mind. They are fraudulent and exploitative — do not fall for their traps!
