I am Ankur Bhadani I have been cheated by park royal holiday pvt ltd i bought 3 year membership on 11-sep-2022 on promotional offer they give me 18 nights and 21 days welcome later and free goa trip with 3nights
And 4 days, whenever I tried to reservation of my booking of goa trip I mailed on 23-sep-2022 they take 4 days to check availability and not giving me proper answer from costumer care after so much torchering finally reply my mail that we have not availability on this date this is black out dates kindly change date at the time of filling membership form they told me that there are no any black out dates we mange your date 365 days we have lots of hotel and resorts which are joined our company but they cheat me and take Rs. 40000 from me my member ID-11991 Was this information helpful? |
